Incredibly poor service. Ordered board game on 19th November and it finally arrived on 20th January. I felt completely mislead by the website being called nzgameshop.com when this business is in and ships from the UK. Don't order unless you have a spare 62 days. I would have paid an extra $100 to avoid the drama caused and actually be able to give the person their present for Christmas.

I've started buying CDs. Some decent prices here and there. My only deduction is the points system. Would be good if they sat in perpetuity to accrue over time. They are designed to keep you coming back to use them within a time-frame. A bit annoying.

Site is pretty good, prices can be hit and miss, but the free shipping when spending enough with them makes up for that.
Sometimes items ship separately, and in one case arrived a month apart, and seeing as there is no tracking, its kind of a waiting game.
Overall, not too bad, and customer service is fairly decent/polite and explanatory when issues arise.

Their DVD's are not compatible with our NZ DVD players! This company would know this and still sent them anyway! This is not a NZ website. I was fooled by their misleading name. I waited for over 2 months for my order to arrive. When it finally did, the DVD's I bought are not compatible with our NZ DVD players. The stickers on the DVD's look cheap and photocopied. I do not recommend this site at all. I wish I had read the reviews first before I purchased them!

An easy to use interface, with excellent prices and and a diverse range of products. As an avid anime fan, it can be quite difficult trying to purchase products in NZ, but NZGameshop being based in the UK offers me a greater range and opportunity to do so.

The player points system is also really neat, allowing you to save money on future purchases with everything you buy.

I have bought a few items from NZ game shop and they have always been on point with their prices, service and products.

I am a big DVD collector and always source my box sets from this website as they have great titles at great prices

I live in New Zealand, so it can take a long time for delivery, but they always state their delivery times on their website and it is always within the dates
