Pricing competitive. Delivery on time and driver very helpful in placing delivery where I wanted it.sleepers for garden were as described.cuts were accurate. I have used this firm 3 times now and would use again

Ordering was easy, delivery prompt and the timber and accessories were fine. I could expect no more so, five stars

I had five fence panels, five concrete gravel boards, and six concrete posts delivered, by Oakdale’s friendly and helpful delivery driver. When my contractor arrived the following day to install the fence, the four intermediate posts were found to have cracks through each at mid-height ; two of the fence panels were in a dark finish (as ordered) but the three other fence panels were in a light finish (not as ordered). Emails I sent, which included relevant photographs, were not responded to, neither was the recorded delivery letter which I then sent to Oakdale. I had to dispose of the broken posts, and purchase four alternative concrete posts via. a local supplier - and in addition, I had to purchase a drum of coloured timber treatment, in order to try to colour match the fence panels. I am disappointed at being ignored by Oakdale Fencing, in my attempt to have these matters dealt with by the company.

The company were top draw, from ordering and delivery would not hesitate to use again and will recommend to my friends and family many thanks

I did my order on line,they had the stock in and it was delivered in next few days,I was expecting it to be longer. Great service and delivery.
I use oak dale most times for my fencing replacements because they are reasonable with there pricing and quality would recommend to friends family etc.

Excellent delivery driver, very helpful.
Product was great other than 2 off 3 x 3,10 foot posts which were badly 'twisted'. I used then but it made my job more difficult.

Overall very good, did have a one twisted decking board and one of the beams was like a banana. Still recommend them.

They were very good at maintaining contact from receipt of order and a very prompt delivery also the delivery driver was very polite and friendly 😀

Efficient service

My delivery of fence panels and concrete posts came on time with a very friendly delivery driver . The fence panels are very good quality . I would have given the revue 5 stars but for the expensive delivery cost, I think the cost should be graded on how far you live from the point of delivery !

Several pieces of timber very poor quality, under size and tapered,many deck boards split after a few weeks. Returns of poor quality defective items no accepted after 1 week.

Ordered 24 gravel boards needed 4 to be cut 5ft,company emailed me what day they were coming,driver phoned once arrived and unaloaded gravel boards in timly manor where I asked him to place, all 24 boards now in place good quality service recevied Thank you

On collecting the fencing materials i found the staff not helpful at all, the person behind the counter who dealt with the order seemed quite ignorant.
The forklift driver did not converse with me at all, just grabbed the paperwork as he passed on his forklift without stopping, he finally re emerged some twenty minutes later with six panels, he positioned the forklift in such a way i had pull the panels off the forklift move behind the van and then load, not normally a problem but i am in my mid sixties with arthritis in my hip, although he could see i was struggling there were no offer of help, when finished i thanked him for his help (sarcasm) but still no reply.
The panels themselves were of poor quality, with the horizontal slats being miss aligned from panel to panel, thus resulting in the slats being removed and re fixed to line up with the adjacent panel.
On first impressions i was surprised how much materials were in stock, but due to the above i will not be placing any future orders with Oakdale.

My experience was really good … they delivered on the day I requested… communication with them on the phone and email was good. Prices were lower and even with the delivery cost were better value.
