Good, quick delivery.ordered on Sunday, got a call on Monday morning to arrange day for delivery. Delivered Weds but that was by my choice as could have had any day that week

Fantastic customer service. I received a telephone call within 12 hours of placing the order to arrange delivery 48 hours later. Items were well packed and there were no issues.

You use the worst courier company in my area. They did not knock or ring my door bell. They just left a card saying noone home. Other company's leave items in a safe place but they won't. They only make 2 attempts yo deliver and then you have to collect from a depot miles away or contact the seller to rearrange.

We bought fruit trees from the garden centre. One of the gardeners help us choose the correct trees for us. She was knowledgeable and very patient. Trees were delivered very fast and at low extra cost.

Easy to order swift delivery

I can’t praise this company enough. I placed an order for garden furniture Tuesday evening. I rang the online purchases department the next morning with a query over the order. Spoke with Katie who was extremely helpful in dealing with my concerns, which were quickly resolved. She then asked when I would like to take delivery of the goods, the next day being an option! We arranged for the following Monday, with the driver arriving within the allocated time. The items as requested were placed within the garage. Excellent service throughout, Katie was friendly, professional and polite. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
