First time purchase from this company and delighted with the service provided. Usually a bit tentative ordering online from a company unknown to me, however the experience was straight forward, easily navigated and the front arrived promptly with updates throughout.

Excellent service. Placed the order and received a confirmation email. The following day had a phone call to arrange delivery. The furniture was delivered 2 days later, the driver called ahead, was on time and very helpful. Everything was well packaged. Ordered a BBQ from Oaktree at a more than fair price and they even included some free accessories. I was kept up to date throughout the process and was even given a call to check that the prospective delivery date would work for us.

Very polite and friendly on the phone when I called in to make a query. The delivery driver was nothing short of excellent, a really jovial and friendly guy who helped me get the box round the back with great respect for the property. He's genuinely a credit to the company!
