Support findet nicht statt, nur Ausreden und hinhalten. Spiel hat immer mehr Bugs und oasis game reagiert nicht drauf.

This box is nowhere near big enough to describe everything wrong with this company, but I will try to summarize the important aspects. The game I am most familiar with is Naruto Online so that is what my examples will be relating to .
First thing to note is that oasis are not a games development company, they are a distributor, they buy licenses for well established games to distribute them in english speaking territories, all of the products they profit from are things that oasis put literally zero effort into.

Price:
Tencent in china charges the equivalent of 50USD to recruit money only characters.

Oasis charges 10,558 USD to recruit that character. But if you want access to the true skills of the character you need to spend an additional 13,198USD to level them up and then you need to spend thousands of in game items to play a proven to be rigged "random" number generator.

Even if you are rich and/or dumb enough to spend 23,756 USD for a single character in a game you still do not get the original version. The chinese devs take time to play test and balance out characters, but when oasis buy those pre-existing assets they ruin them before hiking the price 20000% for english speaking customers. Every single money only character released oasis will perform any combination of the following nerfs.
- Lower health
- Weaken attack
- Weaken shields
- Weaken heal abilties
- Remove status effects from attack skills
- Make attacks hit fewer enemies

Events:
The game has events that rotate on a weekly basis. These are ALL rigged, you will see players showing off the latest characters/clothing but they are "plant accounts" accounts owned and controlled by oasis and their sole job is to run around the servers flaunting the prizes and pretending to be real players. It is their job to create the illusion that if you too spend money you can have the coolest new thing. I will touch on this below, but this is proven to be untrue.

Moderators:
This company has the dumbest hiring policy of all time. It is an MMO PVP game that also forces players to pick a group and compete against entire other groups. For some reason oasis decided to choose a random player to be their moderator, which is already a conflict of interest. This mod then got their friends, namely Kagari and Aika hired and what we ended up with is a game that has rigged events by the company and rigged pvp from the "moderators".
These moderator are a tight nit cult of scumbags who get free characters, free items plus a huge sum of in game currency every month, it is not an exagerattion to say these players are playing a pvp game with god mode turned on, In any one month they are given enough free currency and items that they can beat any genuine player without even being at their desk.
But they are such scumbags that this isnt enough for them and they need to cheat more to feel good about themselves, so they share their accounts. At any point in time you can expect any one of them to be logged in to as many as 10 accounts, they use these accounts to target and harass anyone they do not like and they also use them to dictate the scoreboard in PVP events so that ONLY "mods" get the prizes. It is genuinelly not possible for a real player to get any pvp rewards.
This cheating they do also takes place outside the game, the forum is 100% controlled by the mods, oasis office staff have NEVER even loaded the forums up. The mods can censor, mute and even ban whoever they want with no rhyme or reason and there are no avenues for those people to even try and reach oasis to get help.

None of this is speculation by the way, it is not libel What I have said about the price gouging is not a one-off, it is true for all money only characters released since launch and it also applies to every in game character, item, clothing and armor.
As for the stuff about the cheating mods and rigged events that has been proven by multiple ex-mods/ex-plants. There is a video on youtube titled "Today, I MURDER Oasis Games. Naruto Offline!" From one of oasis early plants, in it he shares screenshots of conversations between him and oasis staff specifically talking about giving him free stuff and in exchange all he has to do is log in often and pretend to be a real player to make others beleive they can have all the cool stuff he has if they just spend more money.
There was also a moderator "Tobei" who was one of the most recognized names for years, oasis hike prices so much that even a guy getting it for free was disgusted enough to leave, in the process he made a manifesto, again sharing screenshots of interactions between the cult of mods and oasis staff directly talking about the mods cheating and harassing people, about the events being rigged, about how the mods claim their free stuff. The easiest way to find a live version is to google "EN Moderator Tobei Leaves Naruto Online. Drama."

Made a limited time character and nerfed him 1 day after the event ended and they stole all the money they could already. To make it worse they threaten players with account bans if they ask for a refund. Terrible game and even worse company.

Fraudulent company - One Punch Man game

They release a strong character in the game with a 2 week window to purchase. I, like many others had spent time and money to obtain this character and make him stronger only for OASIS to nerf the character 9 days later, outside of the 48 hour refund period.

They refused to refund me the money I spend on the character and then told me that they will permanently ban me If I get it refunded elsewhere. Unfortunately I am not alone in this. They have done this to all of my friends as well.

seit dem sie den server gewechselt haben dieses jahr kann man nicht mehr online spielen und es kommt zu system probleme cefbrosersharpprocess oder wie das ding heisst, verusacht bei mir spiel probleme. schlage vor nicht aus profit gier mal zu handeln und den mist in ordnung zu bringen . jeden fall unterste schublade . am besten ihr schaltet das spiel offline, der support macht seit dem urlaub.

legend online ist ebenfalls ein spiel das nur eins kennt den spielern das geld aus der tasche zu ziehen.der kundendienst oder was das sein soll gibt immer die gleichen antworten raus .alles ohne das sich was ändert im spiel darum leute nutzt eure zeit und geldfür was anderes als es in legend online zustecken.den ändern wird sich auch die nächsten jahre nichts .weil nur eins zählt geld geld geld.zuverdienen.

Naruto Online viel zu teuer für ein Online browser game

Hat mal eben bei mir als nicht Kunde ungefragt 30 € bei mir abbgebucht.

Nach letztem Update von Fleet Glory lässt sich das Spiel nicht mehr starten. Das war schon am 31.03.2020. Seither auch keine Reaktion von Oasis Games!

Spiele Fleet Glory habe mir Rainers Monats Geschenk gekauft und musste dann Spiel aktualisieren seit dem komme ich nicht ins Spiel mehr rein !!! So was ist pure abzocke und keine Nachricht das der support an einer Lösung arbeitet !!! Ich Schüsse auf Corona das ist mir egal muss auch arbeiten als seht zu das ihr es schnell in gang bringt ansonsten gibt es richtig schlechte Bewertungen von einem deutschen Clan

Wenn man ein Spiel mit Oasis startet, muss man sich bewusst sein, dass die Daten bei Oasis bleiben. Sie weigern sich standhaft gemäß DSGVO die Daten der Spieler zu löschen, welche die Nutzungsvereinbarung ordnungsgemäß kündigen. Es wäre sicher vorteilhaft sich nur mit fake Daten anzumelden oder rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten.

Einfach formuliert Betrug!! Hab am 4.12.2018 Diamanten -ingame bestellt und nichs erhalten. Es Handelt sich hierbei um das Diamanten packet im Wert von 33€. Der Support ist nicht zu erreichen. Da es bestimmt einigen so ergangen ist, würde ich doch mal eine Sammelklage in betracht ziehen. Jedenfalls werde ich dies nicht so auf mir ruhen lassen. Im besten fall informiere ich einen Advokat.
