Visited on our last day of a weekend break away with the kids.
Really good variety and lots to see, the sharks and turtle open tank was really cool!, very very well priced, only £40 for 2 adults, 2 children and 1 infant!, I've paid a lot more for much much less in the past at places.
But by far the best experience was with the staff especially a lady on the front counter called sienna, her professionalism, knowledge and friendliness is the best I've ever experienced anywhere!, especially with how she helped with my youngest daughter who had a nose bleed while in the gift shop, she truly went above and beyond
Would 100% visit again.

Visited on Saturday 22 May 2021, the place needs up dating and some investment. The staff were friendly. Reasonably priced fur a family ticket.

I have been to a lot of aquariums throughout the UK, but this one exceeded all my expectations. From the outside it looks very poor in facilities, but once you enter and start climbing the stairs you slowly enter another world. Extremely varied and chic, it reaches a multitude of both oceanic and freshwater environments, not only fishes but also friendly animals and birds. Large specimens well fed, well maintenance, in one word gorgeous. I invite you indoor to make contact with almost an alien world. I highly recommend it!
