I got my ocean water bottle a while ago and have been using it every day. The bottle itself is beautiful BUT here is the thing when I put ice inside it melts within an hour and water doesn't stay cold for a long time. Not happy with my purchase.

Love this brew flask, leak proof and easy to drink from and easy to clean. Keeps coffee hot for my commute. Ticks all the boxes for me.

In addition to the fantastic product and mission of Ocean Bottle, they have great customer support. I bought my bottle two years ago and then recently lost the rubber seal on the lid while washing it. I reached out to ask for a replacement and received no hassle whatsoever. The replacement was included in the warranty, and the lid arrived to me in 48 hours. The process was user-friendly and clear.

Excellent quality bottle, by a company with a great project to prevent plastic waste. Customer service is very responsive and friendly.

Amazing! My partner bought me one of the brew flasks as a surprise a few months back and it has totally outdone any hot drinks flask we have had previously. It is a perfect size for a good cuppa but also a good fit in the hand, not bulky at all. The flask is totally leak proof (it has been chucked in my bag and carried about numerous times without a drop being spilt) also keeps the drink piping hot ! Actually so hot that I’ve had to top it up with cold water 🤣.

I have bought my partner one as an early Father’s Day gift and had a personal message printed on it which he absolutely loved.

Not only are these awesome in every way as a product but the whole sustainability ethos behind the product is just another reason to choose this company over others on the market.

Amazing bottle- I love it so much I bought one for all the family. Super easy to take apart and clean (one of the big reasons I no longer use chilli bottles is because they're hard to get into to properly clean unlike my ocean bottle).

They also have incredible customer service. Super quick to respond and we're happy to help when I was having problems with one of my bottles.

When I lost the rubber seal to my sons water bottle I reached out to Ocean Bottle and asked how much it was to replace it… however they sent me a brand new one in the post FOC!!!!

It arrived within 2 days and my son was happy again

I was recommended to this company by a friend who read the Telegraph review of 10 for the drinks mug. In need of the mug for Monday work I ordered it on Saturday and paid an additional amount for Royal Mail 24 hour tracked. Today, Tuesday … nothing. And here’s the winner!! I emailed the company who are 100 % bona fide . They replied instantly and with just a few responses they kindly refunded my postage.
I still await the item but this is a pleasing attitude. Thank you.

I contacted Ocean Bottle to ask how to recycle my Brew Flask after the lid broke when dropped on the ground. As well as sending me recycling instructions, Denis offered to replace the broken lid free of charge (I just had to pay shipping). Therefore, the Brew Flask still had life in it with a new lid! Fantastic communication and customer service, on top of a great company ethos.

Great product and concept. The finished product is floorless and well made. I love the dual top which allows to put ice in with a small top. Wish I bought the bigger bottle. Wish it had a way of securing the top to the bottle when drinking.

Needed help with a broken strap off one of our bottles, and within a few days there was a tracking number sent by email, within a short time it arrived in the mail.

Cant ask for better service then that.

Excellent product, arrived very quickly with cardboard packaging. The size is convenient and easy to use and clean.

The fact that it is so sleek and insulating and yet I am saving the planet at the same time is amazing!

A well designed and beautiful bottle, from a business helping our oceans. Each bottle is made from recycled materials. I love the two openings, one larger one and the usual small one. I feel very proud to own such a good looking and practical bottle.

Husband says I’m never happy. I would moan that my coffee mug had leaked and it’s was cold. My new bright orange brew flask doesnt leak and three hours after filling it it’s still boiling hot…. Had to put some cold water in it to drink it. I do love it though, I ride through the park to work on my bike, so I take my coffee and sit by the lake in the sunshine. Great product, definitely the best one I’ve bought.

Lovely company communication great, cool app as well I didnt know about til my bottle arrived!
All in all very happy!
