Ursprünglich hab ich Ocean Bottle über eine Instagram Werbung reingespült bekommen und das gerade rechtzeitig, da ich sowieso eine neue Wiederverwendbare Flasche gesucht habe. Normalerweise ignoriere ich Werbung auf Instagram, aber die von Ocean Bottle hat es mir irgendwie angetan.

Zumal der Umweltaspekt ja genial -und nicht nur Marketing ist. Dachte mir also, warum eig. nicht? Eine Woche später war sie schon bei mir und leider hatte sie einen kleinen Produktionsfehler, was ja nicht weiter schlimm ist. Also hab ich den Support geschrieben und der regelte das unkompliziert und schnell und sendete mir ein für das "kaputte" Teil, einen Austauschteil. Ich hatte auch bezgl. eine Frage des Plastiksammelns und wurde mit einer sehr ausführlichen und transparenten E-Mail überrascht. Trotzdem kleinen Produktionsfehler fühlt sich die Flasche aber verdammt hochwertig an und scheint für den Alltag sehr praktisch zu sein. (Große Öffnung für Eiswürfel usw.) Auch, dass jedesmal Scannen des NFC Chips der Eintrag auch bei Apple Health gemacht wird, wirkt futuristisch. Einzig negativ ist, dass die Flaschen in China gefertigt werden. :(

Contacted Ocean Bottle to check which replacement lid was required for my size of Ocean bottle purchased in 2023 so I could buy the part. They replied to email very promptly querying what the problem was and subsequently replaced the whole bottle free of charge.

The product is beautifully designed and ethically made and had durability.

I ordered the Brew Flask in Cream and I absolutely LOVE IT! The design is so pretty. Easy to clean, no leaks and it keeps my coffee hot for several hours. Now I am dreaming of a bigger size for my tea :)

I ordered both the ocean bottle (3 in 1 lid package) and a brew flask and have to say how impressed I am with the quality of both products. The wide mouth makes them easy to fill and clean and the lid options provide a great drinking experience. I was impressed with the range of colours on offer and appreciated being able to order different products that matched. I also like the size of the bottles as they hold enough for my needs and aren't huge like some other hydration options. This makes the bottle, and brew flask, far easier to carry around with me wherever I'm going. Yes I might have to refill it a couple more times but with the app I can have a bigger impact on removing plastic from our oceans, which is a huge plus for me.

It’s at a higher price point than your average bottle, but there’s a good reason for that. It’s truly great value for money.

Ocean bottles are excellent. Well designed, well made. Just brilliant. Recently the seal broke on my year old brew flask and the lid was replaced without issue. So happy.

I ordered a water bottle from Ocean Bottle as I have previously had my Stanley bottle stolen. I looked on the website and the lavender bottle caught my eye, after reading some of the reviews I decided to purchase one. The bottle is amazing, it keeps my water cool all day long, it is the perfect size to carry around and it looks nice, it is also extremely easy to clean and you can wash it properly as it is big enough to fit your hand in. I really love this bottle and I love that it is environmentally friendly, I would only buy from ocean bottle in the future!! :)

I absolutely love these bottles. I still have my first one which I got about 4 years ago. It had a hard life, full of scratches but still going strong. I just ordered a new loop and top for it. I love that you can buy accessories. I would love if they sold the inner silicone ring too separately from the top, as usually that’s the one that goes or turns mouldy with time. I’ll be buying these water bottles for the rest of my life!

High quality bottles, no leaks and easy to clean with the second opening. The bottle comes with an NFC emitter which allows you to track the plastic your bottle helped clean. And each time you refill it you're increasing your impact!

I received my 1 litre water bottle as a gift (at my request) but the way it separates causes it to leak. At first I thought it was user error but i have tried it multiple times and I think it is a design fault or I have a defective product. Either way it is an expensive product that I can't use and is not fit for purpose. I have emailed Ocean's customer service team numerous times and never received a response, really disappointing.
