I was told I’d get a better rate
I was told I’d get a better rate, but after waiting almost 1.5 hours, the quote was much higher than expected. I have a clean MVR and no lapse in coverage, so the pricing made no sense. The biweekly payment they offered is essentially a full month’s premium. Not a good experience. And the car is a 4 cylinder yet I'm paying almost $400 per month RIDICULOUS. AS SOON AS I CAN I'M CANCELLING

I want to clarify that as a broker, we don't set insurance rates or pricing. Those are determined by the insurance carriers themselves based on their underwriting criteria, which can include factors beyond MVR history (such as age, location, vehicle type, coverage limits, claims history, and more). While we shop multiple carriers to find competitive options, we can't control their individual pricing.
That said, we'd like to help. A few suggestions:
1. Get a second opinion: We'd be happy to re-shop your coverage with different carriers to see if better rates are available.
2. Explore your coverage: Sometimes adjusting coverage limits or deductibles can impact premiums.
3. Ask about discounts: Ensure you're getting all available discounts (safe driver, bundling, etc.).

Down payment less than $100, and every 2 weeks payments less than $200 twice a month.Ocho advocated for me as well. Ocho gives a loan and I am responsible for the policy regardless, thank you.
