Responsive and flexible.
Octane are a professional outfit. Gemma, Mark, Mike and Josh are all very responsive. The urgency they show to push deals to completion is not usually found in underwriting (shout out to Gemma!).

After a valuation almost scuppered the deal I asked for a shorter term than normal to get enough cash on day one to get the deal over the line. Gemma was able to agree some flexibility on their normal terms saving a £1m + bridging deal.

Francesca & Dan were fantastic from start to finish, this was a difficult case so it was great to deal with Octane

I was extremely happy with the service provided by Octavia Capital, my exit changed at short notice, and I needed to refinance my development loan within 2 weeks. Octane are one of the best in market.
