I have no complaints other than when I spoke to a member of the team over the phone who was offering me an added package. The member of the team who I spoke to spoke very quickly and when I asked if this package was optional, her response was “well it’s a no brainer, I know what I’d do… etc”. It felt as though someone was trying to sell me something rather than engaging in an informative helpful conversation regarding my options.
