Where do I start,
I ordered the dormeo octosmart plus topper with a free pillow. The delivery only took a week but was left on my doorstep 2 days before the date it was due which was today. Today i received a text and email to say it will be delivered today.
So I aired it for 15hrs after unpacking it to see it had black marks all over it which smeared when touched, the material had a snag in it and im sure i could see two indentations either side as if it had been slept on as was higher in the middle. Not sure if it was my imagination so went to bed last night, 1st night and lasted half an hour on it. I suffer with osteoarthritis and was in excruciating pain all over my body as if i had slept on a plank of wood. Needless to say i have not had much sleep, my husband got up for work with a bad back too.
They say you can roll it up and put it back in the bag, well what a joke that is. It has taken 45 minutes for me and my husband to try and roll it up which was really difficult as it comes vaccum packed but now has expanded. It has not gone back in the bag but have managed to get it in the box, just about.
I have contacted customer services by email but heard nothing back, cant reach them on the phone either to arrange to send this pile of rubbish back that cost me 319.00 for a super king size topper and get a refund.
Do not order this item unless you want to feel like you have been in the ring with tyson

Following on from this, i sent the topper back by courier at my own expense. Didnt hear anything or receive a refund after over a week only to be told this

This company is a rip off

Watched the ad on tv, very impressed with the 4 star review but decided to have a double check myself Wow so glad l did mostly 2 stars Thank you Trustpilot

Mattress topper and free pillow were delivered yesterday after waiting over 2 months for delivery. Should have received it in December, but was deducted £12.00 off the price because of the wait. Mattress is a bit lumpy in places because of the way that it is rolled and packed. The pillow arrived very flat, but if you plump it up, it expands. I found the pillow really comfortable but didn't notice much difference in comfort between my regular mattress without the topper and the topper on the mattress. I think that it would be more cost effective to buy a better quality mattress to start with, then there would be no need for buying toppers.

My experience was disappointing and saddening. I read the amazing reviews on this mattress topper as my partner and I experience bad backs him especially! I purchased the King size ultra firm. Spent the next four month ringing between tnt express, ltd logistics, dormeo helpline trying to find where my mattress topper was. Everyone was so polite and try their best to help but no conclusion could be met..
Come fourth month an no mattress topper money was refunded.
Heart broken.
Was easier to give my money back than to send me a topper..

Was just an awful experience.

Waited 2 months and still no mattress topper. Probably the worst company ever for letting customers know the status of their order. Adverts still on TV promising 28 day delivery. Don't make me laugh, this is the 2nd time I have been suckered by these people, never again. Waiting on my refund from Dormeo now and will buy from a competitor.

I bought my topper the without reading the reviews first. When I did the same day I immediately rang back to cancel the guy said he couldn't do it as he wasn't authorized? And I had to ring a different department the next day ?? I wasn't having none of it ! You're ok to take my money but not give it back . I told him I don't believe u refund my back my money. He then asked me what was it that make me change my mind . I said all the terrible reviews on trustpilot especially the customer service. He then refunded me .

Poor customer service. Ordered mattress early November 2022, expected delivery 14 - 28 days. Now end of December no mattress. Called customer service and was told production problem. A couple of weeks later received an email saying shortage of materials expect delivery mid to late January 2023. Will now cancel order.

Ordered a mattress 32 days ago contacted them today after receiving no feed back from themselves on the my order. Was then told my order would no t ready for another month. Cancelled my order will never use again. Bunch of third rate cowboys.

Poor product poor service refused to give a refund after the product broke returned beginning of November still waiting for a replacement

Please think before you buy I ordered a mattress in October still not received it they keep changing the date after many pho e calls a d be given dates I have now received 2 emails on the same day one saying the 9th December and a few minutes later one saying the 16th December I'm going to try and cancel and go elsewhere

I bought the mattress through qvc on 3 easy payments in October 2022 which the 1st payment was paid when I ordered. When I received the mattress it was full mould and was returned a few days later and was told I would receive my money back. After contacting them numerous time for them to return my money back they took another payment a month later in the November. Therefore I had to phone again and a few days later received my refund. Never again!!

It's the comfiest mattress I've had in years. No need for extra mattress toppers

I have had so many mattresses, I have an Electric Bed as I have terrible backpack.this is the only mattress that has given me any comfort,not 2 soft just right for me..I would recommend this product....

Bought this topper and was given a free pillow. They are both really uncomfortable. I have a bad back and explained that when I ordered. The pillow squashes to nothing and I now have constant neck pain. The topper is so thin and lumpy, really bad.

My original order of the dormeo mattress topper still hadn’t arrived through customs by the 28 day delivery guarantee!! So I was given the next best quality mattress topper they had in the warehouse at no extra cost !! This how ever was very thin and the “little pockets” advertised are the size of your thumb nail and you can feel them through the top layer of the memory foam !! I also still haven’t received my pillow !! I’m a busy person and can’t be bothered with the hassle of sending it back so my plan is to buy a new Emma mattress and use this dormeo topper as a bed for my dogs !! I give up on the pillow !!! And it seems I get quicker response on trust pilot than I do emails I send ALSO CHRGED TO SEND BACK TO DORMEO IN ABLE TO GET FULL REFUND !!! TOTAL COWBOY COMPANY!!! STAY WELL AWAY

We have a one year old octosmart mattress, it is now like sleeping in 2 hammocks. it dips so much that my wife and I cant meet in the middle. Also as its dipped mostly where the weight is i now cant use a pillow as the angle hurts my neck. Recomend you dont buy form this company.

Not to be trusted. Be aware.
Delivery took much longer than initially indicated.
Delivery date changed and 2 hours notice given.
Mattress left in cardboard box on door step whilst we were out!
Mattress not as substantial as we had been led to expect.
When asking about returns then we are told they would charge £90 for the service. See if you can find that information given anywhere prior to selling!
So how are they worthy of even 1 star?

I purchased your product on the basis of the advertising only!
Firstly you said the pillows would be cooler, therefore,
making it easier to sleep. Not in any way does this occur. In either of the pillows.
Secondly, your pillowcases for the Essentials pillow are too small, therefore it turns into the sides of a rubber boat. Too High and way too hard.
You suggested putting some type of weight to help flatten it out. But no way.
And finally, you advised me if I wish to get a refund
my option was to donate to a charity and get the official invoice for proof. In the current climate following Co-vid. And where I live all bedding
materials such as pillows and cases even mattresses
have been on the no go lists prior to Co-vid.
I kind of fixed one problem by having custom-made pillowcases to allow some of the balloon effects but still gets too hot during sleep.
I suffer from medical problems and I thought your products would help. They did not! Its been such a drawn out problem I can not even find the delivery date. But from first taking it out of the packaging and putting it on my bed only to find out hours later it was a big problem
