The driver was punctual and reliable, with a very competitive price.
Overall satisfied, will book again if needed.

Sidhant was the best choice. Although he was the most expensive on the list, I trusted my intuition and it was the right decision. He followed the instructions perfectly, with no unnecessary back-and-forth, and delivered exactly what was needed. Thank you!

Quick, easy, efficient… polite driver… perfect all round
Needed some personal documents delivered same day from Berkshire up to Lancashire. It was early on Easter Sunday morning, so I wasn’t holding out much hope. Found Odda on Google, had signed up and ordered my pickup within 10 mins. The driver arrived at pickup pretty much bang on his eta, and delivered early (traffic must have been forgiving). He was polite and efficient at both ends. Being able to track the driver from start to finish through the app was reassuring. I can’t comment on how competitive the pricing was as I’ve never had to do it before, but it seemed very reasonable to me. Really impressed with the service from start to finish.

Bad system and unprofessional drivers
I have used their services a few times the website isn't great but workable the problem is the communication and accountibility.

Phenomenal!! Unbeatable service & price!

Cancelled my URGENT collection
Cancelled my job twice with no communication. I had to call to see what was happening delaying my urgent delivery. I had to call twice and still no idea when they are going to be collecting.

We’re really sorry for the frustration caused and appreciate you raising this.
This was a same day delivery covering approximately 136 miles. Unfortunately, the booking was automatically cancelled shortly after being made, as the £8.80 price entered was far below the minimum required for a journey of that distance.
A full refund was issued within 6 minutes of the booking being placed. We do acknowledge that our communication around the cancellation could have been clearer and we apologise for the inconvenience this caused.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, saved me on a Sunday evening before an early start Monday delivering necessary work equipment to my location between London and Wales.
I will get quotes here before using any other courier service in future.

What a great business I found last…
What a great business I found last minute after pulling my back and not being able to drive from London to Manchester. Communication was spot on, the driver was polite and helpful and the company kept me updated through WhatsApp. I could also track the delivery on their app. Will use again, also quarter of the cost of some companies I looked at.

As the booking party, you should be able to follow live tracking of the driver, message via whatsapp as well as call the driver directly.
If you can rate the driver, it would help us understand what went wrong and ensure the right support and training is given. Rating drivers also highlights the ones who are doing a great job — which helps us reward them and keep standards high.

This service was absolutely seamless for us. Efficient, easy to book, fully trackable, easy to communicate with the driver by whatsapp. My husband left his briefcase in a cafe in London. Booked at 8.30am next morning and was delivered to us in Northampton before lunch on Monday. 100% would recommend these guys.
