Oddbunch is amazing! I always get my produce on time, and it's always way more than what I was expecting! The price is amazing! Way better than the grocery store. When I had a question about delivery, the customer service replied within hours, and even asked if I wanted to switch my delivery to biweekly after noticing I had been canceling my subscription and then resubscibing biweekly.

I love everything about this program! I've been receiving "mystery" boxes for two years and I still get excited for each week's delivery! The items are fresh, carefully chosen, cheap, and hardly misshapen. Administrative responses are prompt and friendly.
There's also an incentive program for more discounts! And of course, it feels good that these perfectly good produce don't go to waste!

We cancelled due to repeated delivery issues. Our boxes continued to be left outside the apartment building despite clear instructions to place them inside near the mailboxes. We couldn’t risk fresh produce being exposed to animals or weather conditions, especially with the upcoming summer heat.

Great experience! Ive been getting Odd Box for a few weeks now and Im Really liking it! The wuality is great, it forces me to eat more fruit and veggies so Im not wasting it, and also to learn how to cook with new foods!

If I have something thats starting to go bad Ill throw it into a smoothie to finish it. All in all, better quality than in the stores and for myself, its been great!

Only thing is I would prefer a wvery 2 week frequency but thats the only critique Id have. Thanks!

Just received the first order (small box), i thought i had upgraded to small plus in time but nevermind - looking forward to next week. There was quite a few squashed coriander leaves in the bunch but other than that, the produce was good quality. The boxes should have labels which state "right side up" so that the delivery drivers handle with better care. I would be happier if Odd Bunch did not source produce from the US but maybe as they expand this could be looked into.

We are fairly new to Odd Bunch, but after only 2 deliveries we are very pleased. Food is very good quality and just enough for the week (a little extra in some cases).
I love the ability to change 1 item if we do not want it that week, and it is free to do so.

Advertised as "ugly" produce rejected by grocery stores, but whenever I've received a box a substantial portion of the produce is outright rotten. Whatever isn't rotten will typically need to be used within a day or so. I have yet to receive a box (and I've had at least eight) where all its contents are fresh. With the advertisements specifically calling out the unaffordability of groceries in Canada, it feels predatory to consistently provide such poor quality produce. Savings are offset by the fact that you will more often than not need to throw some of your OddBunch away.

The idea is great. Products are mainly good.
HOWEVER..... service lacks big time in really fixing things. Feels AI is answering and guess what. Problem does not get solved: Odd Bunch changed my delivery date to a Friday. Absolutely not posssible for us.I asked to be changed back or I need to stop being a customer. So each time on Thursdays I get now even before 3pm " unable to deliver due to unforseen reasons". Answers to my email are so generic I must assume its AI.

I’m so happy with this service. It has not only saved us money but we don’t need to go to the grocery store as much. The variety of each box is perfect. The quality is great and I highly recommend this company to everyone

Love getting my surprise box every week! The amount you get seems like such a good deal. Produce is all very fresh and delicious. Love that the packaging is recycled from other stores.

The produce I received in my one successful delivery was good, but the subscription service is unreliable. I experienced a missed weekly delivery, and soon after, was notified that my area is no longer covered. It seems the logistics and service area mapping are struggling, leading to a frustrating experience rather than a convenient one. For the future, oddbunch needs to add the delivery areas to the website and DO NOT accept subscriptions if unable to fulfill the order. Why I was able to receive one box, and then told you don’t delivery to my area is baffling.

This is my first order. Medium Box half full. Big bunch of grapes that are not fresh, some are mushy.

Cheap items- so no way it would cost $40 or more in the grocery store.

No label to signal that this is produce and perishable. Person delivered the box and put it in the closet with Amazon packages. Should have been delivered to my unit.

First experience was excellent, and quality was fantastic. If you're hesitant and wondering if you're about to get a box of beat up use-immediately produce, then let me ease your fears! This is a wonderful service!

The variety of fresh fruits and veggies is amazing. It’s nice getting regular delivery updates.

Always on time, Always Fresh, Good Cause! received multiple orders already, including small and medium mixed. This week I am getting an all veggie and all fruit for the fam! it has gotten me eating a wider variety of fruits/veggies regularly. I appreciate the rewards system, as well as the option for substitutions~ wish their discount codes had a bit of a longer expiration date to allow for a chance to enter to next order.
