I ordered a 3 in 1 wireless charger which arrived within a few days, well packaged. Order confirmation was sent by email just moments after ordering. The price was good too. I've ordered from Oddly Epic before and will make them my go-to for electronics.

Awful company
Awful company. Never got item. Shipped went to northport then off to indianapolis then chicago….did get a refund after i disputed with my credit card…if company was legitimate they would have just shipped another one gratis because of what i went thru…plus the item i bought can be gotten cheaper on amazon….

We’re really sorry that your parcel experienced such an unusual journey with USPS. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to see it reach your local area, only to then be unexpectedly routed elsewhere.
As soon as we were made aware of the routing issue, we immediately issued you a full refund and opened an investigation with our courier. A chargeback for the same transaction was then opened with your card provider the following day, while the refund we had already issued was still processing. This unfortunately prevented the refund from completing through the normal process, with the funds instead then being handled through the chargeback.
Alongside this, we continued working with our fulfilment team and courier to try and get the original parcel to you. Throughout this process, we’ve kept you updated on the steps being taken and shared the information we received as we worked to get to the bottom of what had happened.
Unfortunately, once USPS placed the parcel into their return process, neither we nor our courier were able to intercept it. We also provided you with USPS’s contact details after being advised there may still be an opportunity for you, as the recipient, to have the parcel intercepted.
With the original parcel still within the USPS network and its return unresolved, we were unable to promise an additional free shipment while continuing to try every available avenue to get the original parcel to you.
We’re genuinely sorry that your experience with Oddly Epic was affected by such an unusual courier issue, Michael. This certainly isn’t the experience we wanted you to have. USPS ultimately placed the parcel into their return process after marking the address as “insufficient”, despite the delivery address provided with the order being complete. We’re still investigating this with our courier, as the routing and subsequent return are very unusual and not something we’ve experienced with one of our shipments before.

Product is great, the instructions in English not so. Shipping from China took far too long.
New instructions and a better shipping option would be great.
The clock is delightful and I would buy one again.
