Absolutely love my chair so far. Sturdy and reliable!

They are uncomfortable, hurt my posterior. For me I have to use cushions for support of my back and bottom. I have 2 disks that are separated in my spine, hemorrhoids, and prostrate cancer. How do I adjust your chair for those??

The OdinLake O2 ergonomic chair was not my first chair from OdinLake and definitely won't be the last. The design, quality and durability is to admire. After 5 months of use, it still feels as if I just got it and doesn't feel like its losing any strength or degrading. Highly recommend the chairs from OdinLake!

I purchased the OdinLake O2 for my girlfriend and she loves it so much! The chair features a leg rest where she can rest her feet either crisscross or curled up. Then, add in the extra tilt that it has— it’s awesome. Service was fast and easy as well.

It would have been nice to know clearly from the start on the first page that I would have to pay a shipping return fee even though you say I can return it within 30 days. A chair that I buy online only to not like it but it’s $300 dollars and a return shipping fee?!? Absolutely ridiculous. I that should be included in the 30 day return ads. 30 day return with a shipping return fee!!!!!! And to start off my making it seem that I’m stupid and don’t know how to work the chair? Yeah like that’s going to fix the length of the chair with my long legs. Absolutely worst customer service never buying or recommending anything. Change your ads to make it clear what you offer is a scam. As a buyer it’s not my job to advertise your product accurately and to see 30 day return as well you can return it just at a cost.

I am a previous OdinLake customer. The office chairs I ordered were packed securely and with care. The chairs are very comfortable, look beautiful, are constructed of high quality materials, and feel like they will last a long time. We now have 3 office chairs from OdinLake and we are repeat customers. We highly recommend the chairs for their comfort and longevity.

No instructions included with shipment which was disappointed given cost but they remember to pack gloves??? After placing order found out footrest on back order. Received about 10 days after chair. One hole as misaligned which was a nightmare to get screw tightened during assembly. Cool looking chair but won’t buy again.

Love the chair but my order took more than a month. Their 213 area code Google phone was useless even after leaving multiple messages. I finally got a response after sending emails .. it was frustrating.

Customer service after the sale has been fantastic. They were able to secure for me at a low price a replacement part for my Oden Lake chair.

Well designed, very well packaged and quite easy to assemble. The supply of additional fasteners allowed me to be able to swap out one fastener that wasn’t cooperating for the spare allowing me to complete the assembly.
