They are looks like scammers i charge my account with 100$ then i try to use the card in online website but the card was not working and all payments was get declined with this site so i ask them to withdrawal my money they tell me no way to withdrawal you money back you must spend it in the internet I was trying to buy a wheelchair from Temu because the products there are cheaper and i dont have enough money to buy expensive wheelchair but they are heartless .

As a Visa and Mastercard-approved card provider, we manage our processes in line with the global rules and regulations established by Visa. Every transaction made with your card is processed within these frameworks and security standards.
If there is a refund that needs to be returned to your card, it is automatically processed and reflected back to your account within 15–30 days, depending on the merchant and the card network processing times.
Therefore, there is no risk of your funds being lost or a refund not being returned. All refunds are handled through the card network and are automatically credited back to the card once the process is completed.
If you would like us to review your case in detail, we kindly ask you to send an email to support@odixpay.com including your Odix ID and a brief description of the issue.

Funds Frozen and Access Denied Despite Full Identity Verification my name Kenan karaderi
I am writing this to express my deep frustration with Odix Pay. My account has been restricted, and I am currently unable to access my funds.
The support team insists that I must send an email from my registered email address to make any changes. However, I have clearly stated multiple times that I no longer have access to that specific email account. To resolve this, I have provided every possible proof of identity, including
My National ID/Passport scans.
Selfie verification photos holding my ID.
All necessary KYC details requested by the system.
Despite proving beyond any doubt that I am the rightful owner of the account, Odix Pay continues to withhold my funds and refuses to update my contact information. This is an unacceptable practice and a violation of basic financial service standards
