Sarnjit at Odyssey Travel was incredibly helpful when we were planning our first trip to Oman from Dubai. I felt unsure about the destination and where to begin but she put us completely at ease with thoughtful, first-hand advice about Oman as a place to visit, along with accommodation options across different price ranges. She recommended the Shangri-La, which exceeded our expectations and was exactly as she described.

Although we ended up booking independently due to being in a rush, Sarnjit had actually provided us with a fantastic quote that would have saved us a couple of hundred pounds; and in hindsight, we should have booked through Odyssey Travel. Even so, her advice and guidance were invaluable and genuinely shaped our trip. What really stood out was her non-pushy, caring approach and her clear expertise in the Middle East.
