After reading some of the other reviews it's obvious that one of oemetes typical ploys is to say that the package was delivered, maybe to a different address. you can't actually check that unless you are will to give your card info and pay a supposedly "fully refundable " fee. My card was also hacked shortly after buying the pair of shoes from them. TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered a Veronica Beard Blouse on this site using my Visa Gift Card. It took funds from my card in an instant and sent scam emails for over a month with none delivery of the merchandise. Last email stated merchandise was successfully delivered and DID NOT DELIVER. Scam emails were sent with promise to deliver and it never happened. Reported to my Visa Credit Card. Y. Holcomb

It's a 100 % scam. They never deliver my order they notify as if everything is going smooth and it's coming our way. It's a total miscommunication.

That’s exactly what happened to me.. ordered shoes in January, followed the tracking app and was delivered to an unknown address.. also, my card was hacked and some person in Seattle, Washington opened an Amazon account and spent $1,000. I got that back from the bank.. Do NOT order from this place.

I wish I could give less than one star. As others have stated, this company is a complete scam. I was disappointed when I discovered it was a Chinese company and my order wouldn’t arrive for over a month. (I should have read reviews before placing my order.) In actuality, my order never arrived at all. I tracked my package everyday, and received updates as it slowly made its way to Shanghai, then to Hong Kong, then to the U.S., and finally to my town. Except it never arrived. I hate that I placed an order with a scam company, and I hate that I kept logging in to track an order that they never sent. Do not give this company a single penny!

This is terrible. My second update reviews I don’t have time to track my second orders I knew it won’t deliver tome anymore. How can we report this website? We need to take actions on this crap website .Seriously this is not a good website. How can us as buyer report this so that they won’t scam any customers anymore. Grrr 😖

Oemete: Ordered some shoes, after a month and a half, I got an email saying that my order was delivered but Nothing came. It didn't say who delivered it. I tried to email, and it was Undeliverable. Scam company. I can't believe I fell for this crap.

SCAM...just like everyone else wrote. I placed an order for shoes Jan 4, 2025, got an email they were delivered Feb 6, 2025, and I never got the product. When I followed the tracking information it said the shoes were coming from China, then delivered to an address in my area that doesn't exist. I called customer service, no recording, just "verizon cell not taking calls" I emailed customer service, no reply.

Ordered shoes Jan 8. Site says arrival in 10 days via USPS. 2 weeks pass, I call the customer service #, and am immediately disconnected. Go to the website which is now 404. Disputed the charge with credit card, recd refund from them. I keep receiving tracking updates showing the package arriving Feb 9. I am signed up for USPS notifications for mail and package delivery, and this particular package NEVER showed up in those notifications. SCAM all the way around.

Absolutely a scam do not buy anything. Prices are low, but you’ll never get your product tracking. Will go on for about a month then they’ll finally say it’s delivered but you never receive it. Don’t fall into the trap just because the website looks legitimate. It’s not if you did buy something call your credit card company and have it refunded.

This company is a scam. I ordered something and after 4 weeks, got a notice saying it was delivered when it wasn't. Lost my money and never received item. DO NOT ORDER ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY... you've been warned!

Just like all the other reviews I ordered a pair of HOKA'S for $60 in December here it February and still nothing. DO NOT ORDER NOTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. Just spend your hard earned money at your local shopping mall. SCAM SITE and my bank tried to warn me.

Order said delivered but no proof of delivery and 17Track does not list address of delivery, customer service as others noted are unreachable, and no US tracking information. Wish I read all these reviews prior to placing the order. Also Google should remove fake shopping websites from their searches (I blame Google equally to Oemete).

Price seemed too good to be true, turns out it was. Eventually reached out to the company as I wasn’t receiving a shipment notification, I got an undeliverable from the email on the company website and the phone number went to a cell phone where no one would answer. I then sent an email to the email address that was on my initial order confirmation, someone named Lora responded. She apologized for the delay, provided me a tracking number, then after seeing the package was stuck at a port in New York (came from Hong Kong) I called the USPS to ask about the package. They let me know that the total package including the packaging, was 1.4 ounces and was not even headed to my home address. I’ve followed up a few other times since then, no new tracking information, no jacket received that I ordered, no more communication from this ‘company.’ After a few months, I’ve called it quits and I’m contacting my credit card company to ask if I can get my money back.

Scam. I placed my order, and only then read all the negative reviews. I immediately tried to reach the company per phone and email, (to verify my order, hoping the reviews weren’t as bad as I’d read) - ZERO response. I have had the same ‘waiting to depart’ notice that others have mentioned, then all of a sudden today, zero option to even find the company online. Do not buy from these fraudsters.
