Only minor complaint would be that instead of asking for all documents at once, they were requested at staggered intervals and so it didn't feel that organised.

I had a great experience with Offa, an Islamic Shariah-compliant HPP provider. From my initial enquiry through to receiving my offer letter, the whole process took just over 2 weeks, which was incredibly fast and efficient.

From the beginning, Osaama Hussain handled my initial enquiry quickly and professionally and got me booked in for a Decision in Principle (DIP) a couple of days later.

I then worked with Nagina Haroon, who carefully reviewed my finances and successfully secured my DIP. A couple of days after that, she supported me with my full application submission, explaining everything clearly and in detail and helping me put together a plan that was best suited to my situation.
Nagina really went above and beyond, booking me in for a slot close to her finishing time and even staying behind to help me complete and submit the application. This meant I was able to reserve and put an offer on the property I was after without losing out on it, which I really appreciated.

Once submitted, my application was sent to the underwriters, who arranged the valuation and issued an offer letter in just over a week.
