The owner claims this is s boutique dog walking/training service, the only boutique thing about it are the prices, definitely not the customer service you get from the owner.
I have had several issues trying to communicate changes in service with the owner. One time she did the exact opposite of what I asked,,even though I wrote the service I wanted three times, remembering past communication challenges, that event snowballed into overcharging issues.
As frustrated as I have been with all of that, my pup enjoyed his dog friends in the pack walk, so I kept him in it.
Unfortunately, my recent experience with the owner when dealing with her employee damaging my months old screen door is the final straw.
The employee told me what happened & said she notified the owner. I tried to be nice & first offered the employee to help me fix it, but she blew me off so I reached out to the owner to replace my door. The owner refused since I did not have a video recording of the incident & did not report it the day of the incident in the customer portal. Since the employee reported the incident directly to the owner I did not see a need to duplicate the incident. I have text messages of the employee admitting that she felt something snag, but the owner does not appear to like to take accountability for her (or evidently her employees) mistakes.
I was offered a credit for the cost of the door, nevermind the installation cost, but why would I want people on my property who have no respect for me or my belongings.
If this is how they treat the people, I now question how they actually treat my pup.
The irony of all of this is I was trying to be nice & come up with multiple solutions to save the employee & owner the cost of the door & they did everything they could to weasel out of fixing their wrong.
To end on a positive, they have one of my favorite walkers of all time, Catherine, which was another reason I stayed as long as I did, despite my reservations of the owner & how she conducted business.
