First time placing an order for 3 KVM cables on Apr 6 and never received any updates on shipping until I emailed for an update on Apr 17. Customer service replied back the order will be in stock on Apr 23. I waited until April 29, again no updates on shipping, so I asked to cancel the order and customer service responded cancellation request has been submitted, up until today my order status still showing processing and no refund issued. Filed claim with credit card company. Never again, can't even handle a proper order cancellation.

Ordered over $700 worth of items and half of them were not in the shipment yet other items that we not ordered were included. Beware that you only have 10 days to report ANY discrepancies or they absolutely WILL NOT help you. They expect you to open the box when delivered on the dock and look through it all before it is signed for. Unfortunately when you receive several boxes, that is not possible. Emailed customer service for 2 weeks before I was able to talk to an actual person.
Officecrave DOES NOT CARE your circumstance, after 10 days you are out of luck! Will never order from them again!

Office chair never shipped. No email confirmation, no tracking, can't call them. I got a chargeback thankfully, but I'm still monitoring to make sure they don't reverse it. Total scam.

First time using Office Crave and will be my last time. I purchased two thermometers on 12/12/2025 and didn't receive them until 1/14/2026. I purchased them because they were advertised as "Made in USA". When I received it, it was labeled "Made in China". I would not have purchased them if I knew that. Now I am returning them which is a hassle for me.

I created an account on OfficeCrave for B2B purchases. After placing my first order, they put my ID on hold and requested additional information regarding my business identity and bank card. I submitted all the required documents, and they confirmed that my account was active and ready to use. However, once we started taking orders on our marketplaces, they unfortunately restricted my account again, preventing us from processing orders, even though everything had already been submitted and approved.

If I could, I would leave 0 stars. This company gave my mother such a hard time when we ordered. Then when I received the order, it was NOT what I ordered! I ordered GRAY report covers-they sent white with a crooked piece of gray tape down the side of it! I cannot use these. Then when you call customer support they do NOT ever answer the calls. Shotty company I will report them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I assume it's a UPS Store mailbox. My review is that I tried to purchase some labels for $20 and they want to charge me shipping of $21 for shipping in FL. That's crazy!

Purchased medical wipes. They shipped items that were a full year out of date.

We ordered mop heads on Amazon and they were shipped by Officecrave. The description was wrong and we paid double what we would have normally paid. Called Customer Service and they were rude and not helpful at all. Do not order from these liars.

april 2024 order They sent a different product/ ordered Genuine joe paper towels 2 case..Received cheaper Boardwalk brand barely useable..Cust service makes it difficult and acts as if we are the problem. total B.S. they make it difficult so you give up on your return.BEWARE....

Customer service is slow in responding and resolving my shipment issue. I will never use them again. BEWARE

ordered a specific brand and size of paper towels but they gave us a completely different brand and a smaller size and the paper towels were the thinnest paper towels i've ever used. will not order from them again.

I ordered a Canon printer and it was at my doorstep in two days. The price was $20 cheaper than the next closest.

My experience was A+ and I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I should of read the comments before I ordered. The multifold paper towels I ordered were great however, Office Crave does not add the total charged amount until the very end. Charged me an extra 16 bucks for shipping. When I FINALLY received the order a week after original delivery date. I called to cancel the order bc I was getting mixed messages about tracking. I spoke with Cathy (who was VERY unprofessional and hung the phone up). I called back to speak with her Supervisor and Lani stated that Supervisor Shelly was not going to call me back. I asked for Lanis Supervisor and she said that it was Shelly. So when I asked to speak to Shellys supervisor, Lani said she did not have one and that she owned the company. Leaving me to speak to no one. Their customer service is awful and would not recommend them to anyone! I will not be doing any business with them again.

Is interesting that most of the reviews on Officecrave are either 5 star or 1 star, and most of the 5 star reviews sound like they have been posted by Officecrave ( a bit too much sales-speak). Haven't ordered from this company and won't be after reading the reviews.
