Official Car Mats Avaliações

Really disappointed with these mats. I went for the Highest quality mats which dont have a scuff plate because its so high quality you dont need one. Within 5 months the drivers side is worn and ugly under the pedals. Also the clips dont hold meaning the mat moves and gets trapped when pressing the pedals which is dangerous. For the cost, I would not bother. I have photos of the issue.

A couple of years back I bought a set of your mats for a Skoda Fabia (23) and was well impressed by them.
I have now recently changed my car for another Skoda Fabia (26) which came with official Skoda mats already fitted.
What I wanted to say is that, in my opinion, YOUR mats were far superior than the official Skoda mats. Better made, better materials and longer lasting.
Keep up the good work. I shall be passing your details on to anyone who asks.

I purchased the Super Luxury matts in May 2025. The quality at first sight looked impressive but the matt on the driver side which generally has the most wear has already worn through. Warranty covers 12 months but no wear and tear and these (£60 matts) only lasted ~ 14 months which seems inadequate for this type of product.

The mats was 100% and loved the way they kept me updated on the progress and the Leicester city badge looks amazing and I will most definitely be ordering more in time and I would highly recommend to anyone

Ordered my carmats and was great communication from start to finish.
I ordered the wrong year for my car which all mats fitted when they came apart from the driver side mat , I rang them and they sorted it out for me no problem.
Got another mat in less than 3 days at no extra cost thats good customer service. I Highly recommend them and great quality too 👌

Fantastic company.
Arrived on time.
Great quality good price and perfect fit.
Thank you

My second time of using Official car mats, order placed 3 days later received. Value for money good quality well pleased with my mates, would recommend this company above others.

Cant fault this company one bit, i ordered some mats for my new first car i have a citreon 2024 plate however i selected the wrong matts i selected 2024-current mats when i should of selected 2016-2024 plate mats so the only mat that didnt fit correct for me was the drivers side with the embroidery i contacted the company and they explained what i had done wrong, but was more then accommodating to replace my drivers side mat without any issues the customer service was speedy and fast I wasn’t met with any judgement my new mat was sent out and received very quickly and I’m so happy with them! Exactly what I wanted and I would definitely recommend and buy from this company again thank you so much! Very happy customer

The only thing I feel sorry is that I am unable to leave ZERO stars for this company!
I placed an order with them ages ago and they provided a tracking number, whose updates are stuck to the ones 15 days ago and of course product has not showed up. Contacting the company without success. THEY would be liable for the delivery, not the delivering company since I have paid Official Car Mats not Evri! They never made an effort!
Lost my patience after 17 days wait and asked bank to give my money back. Only then Official Car Mats replied by email stating that since I will receive the money from bank anyway, they can cancel shipment.
Awful service!!!

Excellent ⭐️

yeah really nice. made to order. looks and feels as authentic as you could get. doubt I'll ever need another set for this car, but if I did - I'd come back here.

Great price, good quality and delivered quickly.

Wow just wow. Not only do they look so clean and fresh but they make my car look so much better. The stitching is amazing and the rubber boot Matt has saved so much cleaning. They fit my car perfectly, I can not recommend this company enough! I will be ordering again when I fancy a new design.

I bought these mats over 6 weeks ago to put in a new car, the smell of rubber /bitumen is overwhelming, I have taken them out and put them outside in the elements to try and air them but tried to put them in again this week after 4 weeks outside and they still stink. Can’t use them. Can I have a refund please?

Great quality looks amazing far better than the other ones out there

Great product, colour matched my car perfectly. Very happy
