Scam
Took forever to arrive from China (not obvious based on website info) and teeny tiny. Cheap material. They only allow you to exchange at your expense, returns not allowed. Total rip off.

Fasle advertisement and inexistent support
I looked at their website BEFORE ordering and the only address on their website is US. So I figured great, it'll be delivered fast.
My order shipped on the 9th and we're the 20th and its still not here. Tracking clearly shows it shipped from somewhere far away (China?) but no mention on their website. I asked what carrier they used and where it shipped from.
Their support simply replied with my tracking number without answering any of my questions. Convenient right? I replied again and now they stopped getting back to me.
So here we are, 11 days after my order shipped and still nothing. Next step will be a chargeback.

Paid for jocks never shipped they offered a refund but never received. Customer service "sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your refund. Again, we can't check from our end but rest assured you will receive it sometime soon"
