You promising it be there in 2 to 4 days and i ad to wait 10 days , it cost me 6extra days , i add to pay extra hotel days + i Whent to the post Office fews time to check if the pakket was arrive. You service is extremlig bad

Quality service delivery & good products and cost-effective prices

I ordered several Starlink accessories from Offroad Tech in December and still have not received a single item three months later. Despite repeated emails asking for a tracking number, I’ve received no response at all. Taking payment and failing to deliver products is dishonest and completely unacceptable. Beware—do not trust this seller with your money.

Happy with the product but took ages to arrive

I have only made one purchase with this company, and like many others, I read the reviews after I had already paid. As you can see, the feedback is mixed.

One negative review stood out because, to be totally honest, I found myself in the same boat: I was initially given a tracking number that actually belonged to someone else. However, it’s not as bad as it sounds.

Australia Post can be somewhat unhelpful, and these smaller businesses rely on the information they receive when they raise a shipping ticket. AusPost occasionally provides the wrong tracking data to the business, which is then passed on to the buyer.

That is exactly what happened here.

It’s not the first—and probably won't be the last—time AusPost makes these mistakes quite often.

I contacted Offroad Tech via email, and they called me back straight away. literally moments after I hit send.

They apologised for the mix-up and sent an email on the spot with the correct information. I received my items shortly after.

The team was extremely helpful, but what stood out most was that they followed up with a phone call to ensure I actually had the package in hand. As a first-time buyer with a professional background in online sales, I can say this level of service is extremely rare and represents outstanding business practice.

I highly recommend this business.

Initially had difficulty with delivery however I think they went beyond expectations to rectify and the problem was Aust post not them. Over all satisfied, would buy from them again. Trev

Good follow up service

It took 3 weeks to dispatch my order, sent multiple emails and phone calls enquiring about my order with no response or tracking info. Finally got an answer the day before it arrived. Poor service.

I have been given the run-around by this company; an order was placed for what I believe were in-stock items, with an expected delivery date of 26th Feb. I contacted the sales office, the mailbox was full, and when they answered, I was given another customer's tracking number, and found out when delivered to another address. Today, 3rd March, I see in the shop app that a new tracking number has been raised, with no expected delivery date provided. This is the first time I have made a review like this as a very tolerant customer, but this company simply does not care about customer service.

Waited for more than 2 weeks for a local Melbourne delivery.

Purchased the starlink peakdo battery pack for an overland trip, waited too long for the delivery, ended up buying another battery pack from other seller which was delivered within 3 days

Lack of communication but the end result I got my product which is great well done

Star link mini ARB base rack mount and mini cover works fantastically. Delivery was later then suggested had to chase it up as I needed it for an extended trip. Item arrived 1 hour before we left on our trip.

Delivered what you said. Starlink never missed a beat, no more inverter for the internet. Just love it.

Delivery timeframe was way longer than promised and missed the deadline that I indicated was important via email. Even after I queried the lack of movement in tracking and they said it would be sent express but the package still didn't leave for 4 days after that interaction. Equipment is OK. No instructions provided but managed to find some on a competitor site to download.
