I wait 12days for this very poor quality dress and it is too small £60 down the drain I wish I had looked for reviews.

I ordered one of the linen blend dresses for a holiday and loved how soft it felt from the first wear. The shape is feminine without feeling too dressed up and I like that there are colours here I do not see on every other clothing site.

I like clothes that feel a little different from what everyone else is wearing and this shop has plenty of those. Some pieces are simple while others have more colour or unusual details, so it was easy to find something that suited me. Delivery was smooth and my order arrived well packed. I did exchange one item for another size and the process was handled without any fuss.

Avoid at all costs, cheap tacky items are sent out and obtaining a refund is impossible

There is a lot to choose from without everything looking like the same dress in a different colour. I picked a striped midi and a loose fitting summer dress and they both feel very different on. The softer fabric on the midi was a nice surprise and it has been comfortable even on warmer days. I will probably come back for one of the sets next.

Another drop shipping scam website from China or somewhere like that. Ordered 2 dresses they looked absolutely nothing like the photos and the material was really thin and felt cheap.
The dresses are advertised as taking 3-5 days delivery they took about 9 days.
Customer service when discussing returns are painfully obstructive, initially offering me a FIFTEEN PERCENT refund and I could keep the dresses LOL. Why would I keep the dresses they were awful. Then insisted on videos being filmed constant email back and forth hoping I give up.
Currently advised I will accept a minimum 70% refund and keep the dresses just to wrap this up and avoid expensive return charges.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered 2 dresses, which looked gorgeous on their website. I received shoddy dresses, very poorly made and cheap looking fabric. I emailed customer services regarding a refund. They wanted a photo of the goods, which I provided. The returns process IS NOT EASY. They said I’d have to pay approximately £40 to return to China. They offered me 15% of my £124 order and I could keep the goods. I negotiated up to 60% partial refund on 29 July and still haven’t received it, despite being told it would take 1-3 business days. I have sent numerous emails, but still have no refund. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

My parcel arrived much quicker than I expected and the tracking kept updating properly along the way. One item was not quite right for me, but customer service gave me a couple of options and there was no issue when I decided I still wanted to return it.

Bought two dresses here as a birthday gift for my wife after she had been looking at the site for a few weeks. I was slightly unsure about choosing clothing for her, but the size information helped and both pieces fit her well. She especially liked the softer fabric and the fact that neither dress looked like something she already owned. The parcel also arrived in time for her birthday, which saved me a bit of stress.

I really liked the dress, but unfortunately the fit around the waist wasn't quite right when it arrived. I contacted the store and their customer service team was helpful and explained the size-exchange options clearly. They helped arrange a replacement, which I appreciated. The process was smooth overall, although I do wish the original sizing had been a better match.

I wish I had read these reviews. This company is AWFUL! The returns policy I checked before purchasing does not match the reality of the customer experience. I received the wrong jumpsuit after 2.5 weeks and the style was awful. I asked for a refund. Photo requested which I provided. Hadn't even tried it on as it was so bad. They offered me 15% refund and then a 25% refund based on the fact that the return would cost me 30-45£ so they would be doing me a favour. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. DO NO BUY. THEY ARE CHARLATONS!

I ordered a beautiful denim jumpsuit from this company I say ordered but this is not what I received. Shoddy fabric more pacamac than denim completely baffled by the sizing and shape of product. Now battling to get my money back

When I asked about a return they asked me to take pictures of the products vs explain how to return. They also tried to justify their sizing vs understanding it just doesn’t fit me. Very poor customer experience.

BEWARE of purchasing items from this company. Ordered 2 linen halter neck dresses in a medium size which turned out to be cotton and inconsistent sizing. Would say one was true to size and the other a small
The white was of poor quality and transparent
Returns require email correspondence with company and photographs that clearly demonstrate the faults so in my case this was not possible
Also have seen same dresses being advertised by other online retailers.i

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Shoddy product, advertised as a linen 2 piece suite, when it arrived it was 100% polyester. Zipper not working correctly. Packaged it back up asked to return with a full refund as they offer a no hassel refund policy, only to be told that I needed to send a photo of what I was returning, of which I did and they came straignt back and offered me a 15% discount and to keep the product. I paid 79.95 for a shoddy product to be told they would refund me 11.99. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Don't be fooled by the claims of 'easy returns' - they are nothing but.

The items received looked nothing like the photos on the website. It was incredibly cheap looking poor quality, and very tacky. I contacted customer services straight away to arrange a return, only to be told that returning the item would cost me £50.

Instead of honoring their so called easy returns policy, they suggested I keep the item and offered me just 15% of my £110 purchase as compensation. That is completley unacceptabe.

I feel mislead by the advertising and the returns policy. I wouldn't reccomend this company to anyone unless you're prepared to risk being stuck with poor quality goods and an expensive return process!!
