A really friendly and professional experience. Ordering was clear and easy. They kept us up to date as our coat hooks were being made. They arrived fully protected and well wrapped. We're really pleased with our purchase, it looks great and we love the way that the mounting screws are hidden under the hooks. Great service, thank you!

We are so happy with the quality of the two shelves we received for our kitchen. They are solid and made from high quality oak. Received in under 2 weeks - an excellent service all round thank you.

Great company to deal with and excellent communication. Kept informed of the progress of my order to dispatch. Beautiful handmade coat rack delivered on time. Very pleased.

Received my gorgeous oak coat rack and it it’s even nicer in person. Sturdy and the materials used are of great quality. Plus good level of communication from Dom in terms of when to expect delivery. Very happy!

First class product and delivery
Would definitely use again

Good product. Quality.

We bought a made-to-order oak coat rack. The build quality was excellent and the pricing was very reasonable. We were kept informed about the production and shipping steps. Would highly recommend this shop.

I’m very pleased with my purchase from Off the Grain.

The coat rack looks great and is solidly built.

Customer service is exemplary. I had regular updates when they were building it and got a follow up message from them on delivery, I hadn’t even opened the box and they were checking to make sure I was happy!

I’m pleased to support this UK business

This is the second item that we have bought from off the grain and we are very pleased with the quality and the efficiency of the order

Beautiful coat rack. Lovely quality oak wood. Nicely finished and even screw holes for the wall thoughtfully placed under two of the hooks so cleverly concealed. Well beyond my expectations. Delivery information provided on request. Wonderful to support a small business of skilled craftspeople.

This is not the 1st order I've made and as always I'm so happy with my order. Such great quality. I will definitely be making another order in the very near future .

So pleased with our lovely coat rack. Colour is beautiful and goes perfectly in our utility room. Lovely service from the team too. Thank you!

Lovely handmade product. You can tell it has been made with pride. It looks exactly as I expected from the website. Beautiful . It's really good to be able to support smaller businesses. Excellent customer service too.

Ordered a coat hook/shelf. We were kept updated of it's progress throughout and when it arrived we put it straight to use. It goes perfectly in our hallway. We would definitely consider buying again. Thank you!

Product came promtly and as described. Dom followed up to check everything was delivered correctly and offered any assistance if required.

Would recommend!

Bought a coat rack from them and it has come out perfectly! They were so helpful with giving me updates as well

Ordered a simple shelf at the start of November. It's now the end of January and I still haven't received it. Customer Services (when they've finally got round to responding to my emails) have promised on at least 3 occasions that it will be sent imminently and have actually claimed that it was dispatched before Christmas (no tracking details ever received by me so I am doubtful of this claim). I am thoroughly fed up now and can't believe the poor service I've received from this Company.

We’re very pleased with our Oak Coat Hanger (6 hooks). It’s a lovely finish and was easy to put up. It’s a simple design and looks great.

We received our solid wood coffee table just before Christmas which was a massive bonus. The coffee table itself is stunning and sturdy. It completes our living room. It is absolutely gorgeous. We are really pleased with it. Great finish, totally natural and unique! In addition, the service was great, the seller even asked our feedback which is lovely to see.

We had been looking for a Coat rack with shelf and were having no luck tried Cotswold Coy, Wayfair ect and then we came across Offthegrain, Bingo just what we wanted with the flexibility to choose the size for our cloakroom as every item is made to order.
The quality is excellent and particularly liked that the fitting holes were the covered up by 2 hooks and very easy to fit.
The service and communication were first class and were extremely helpful I highly recommend this company 5 STAR.
