Big ripoff

I ordered the grass seed product from them. They forgot about the order. Then they sent a message saying I needed to authorize the order. At that point I said it was too late so cancel the order.

Then I started getting differing offers. One person said they could give 30% off. The next person said the most he could do would be 10% off. I said NO I want a refund.

Then with me telling them over and over again to cancel they sent it. At that point the credit card company saw a tracking number. This went on for many weeks.

Do NOT do business with them. In fact I suspect they operate under numerous names. I will be working with the credit card company and law enforcement to make sure people are aware of what crooks they are. Really sad excuse of a person/people

My experience was awesome :) The product arrived relatively fast and in good condition. It works great. I will never shop through this company I would give it a 0 stars. I canceled my order 5 minutes after it was placed & they told me the next day that it was shipped out. TF! The return policy is crazy😡 you gotta take pictures & pay for the return shipping & it doesn’t even tell you when you’ll get your refund. 4 pages long that I screenshot & read. This is ridiculous I will tell all my friends family members & social media how my experience was with their service which is so terrible!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!! I never received my order and have had no communication with them since I confronted them on where my order was. I found out they used Core Business (Tracking Hub) to ship my order who has horrible reviews from people who never received their orders either. When questioned about my order, shipping, and the fraudulent shipping company, I never received an email back. I’ve had no contact with them since I’ve asked for a refund and asked about the shipping company. In my opinion, both companies are scams and just want your money. DONT GIVE IT TO THEM BECAUSE THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT YOURE DOING, GIVING IT TO THEM. You will get nothing in return.
