She kepted us informed the whole time as to when the delivery will be. I will definitely be back again and will deal with chloe she is a credit to the team. 😊

Great experience end to end, Chloe in the shop was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We looked at a number of beds for our little fellas and she gave great advice. We opted to pick up the bed ourselves at the warehouse and the guys there we great also, very helpful. Highly recommend overall

Happy with the bed. Instructions are really hard to read. Had to take pictures to zoom in. Learned afterwards there is a flat pack person on fb who assembles these things which I think might be worth the cost and would be very useful to be directed to this when purchasing.

When looking for new beds we came across the sales assistant chloe she spoke and explained the difference between the different kind of beds and mattresses and what would suite our needs it was great to liase with someone with the knowledge and it wasn't just a sales pitch we both two beds and chloe kept us in the loop right up until delivery and after to make sure everything went smoothly i would highly recommend her if you are ever thinking of buying any bedroom furniture thanks again

The showroom experience was nice. Chloe in the showroom was very nice and helpful, she explained the waiting times (6-10 weeks) delivery before purchase so we waited patiently. The bed finally arrived. When we opened we couldn't believe the quality of it... extremely poorly painted, full of scratches, marks, paint lifting..i contacted the customer service, sent the pictures explaining my disappointment etc... they said they can change parts that are faulty, however they cannot change the bed or give refund..so jyst to make our life easier we chose the most affected parts and were told to wait until they get back from the supplier.. emailing back and forth they lost the parts..reordered again or something (not sure).. asked for refund, but as I was told before, they don't do it as it is "a general delay"... still waiting for the parts..

Stay away, terrible customer service and missing parts
The customer service at the Fonthill store is severely lacking. We needed a bed as soon as possible so shopped locally, assuming that delivery would be within a week or two. The customer service rep didn't tell us that lead times were in excess of seven weeks until after we put down our deposit. When we tried to contact the store to chase our bed, they made it unnecessarily difficult to discuss our order not to mention the decision by the salesperson to only put my husband's name on the invoice so that they could not speak to me about something I bought and paid for. No one had any information until we finally got the call to say the bed would be coming the next week. Bed arrives and it's immediately clear there are no instructions, so we call customer service and they email them to us, which is one tick for them, but unfortunately that's the only positive of the experience. When we've cleared the room and unpacked all the boxes and try to begin assembly we realize they've only supplied fastenings for the under bed, none of the full bed fastenings have been included. So we call customer service again. Guess what, they can't help. We have to email the customer service email which sends an automated reply saying that due to the sheer number of issues they have they can't reply for 72 hours. So we have pieces of a bed we cant assemble meaning we've been waiting for a bed we needed weeks ago far longer than we wanted. I should have bought the bed from Etsy as I did with my sons which arrived faster (and was of superior quality) and we had no issues with. I wish I hadn't shopped local. What a big disappointment this has been.

Would you mind sending over the invoice number so that I have a look to see why the lead time might not have been discussed. Please be assured that it is not our intent to make it difficult when chasing your order, it is our policy to ask for the invoice number when any of our customers call to ensure that we are speaking to the correct person. This is due to GDPR, we hope you understand. At the point of sale, we do ask you what name you would like on the invoice and input the name given, this wouldn't be a decision from the salesperson.
