I was very disappointed with the ohsnap grip. As soon as I received it, I tried using it, but I found it nearly impossible to hold my phone comfortably because my fingers simply would not fit easily into the grip.

I contacted the company’s customer service hoping they could offer some advice or help me figure out how to use it properly. Instead, I received a notice indicating that I had requested a return. That was not the kind of customer support I was looking for.

I paid $50 for the product, but I will only receive $37.50 back. There is also a $5 fee to have the refund returned to my original payment card. In the end, I am losing money on a product that simply did not work for me.

For my experience, this was a complete rip-off. Even more disappointing was the lack of meaningful customer service. They might want to consider changing the name from "customer service" to simply "company service," because I did not feel that they were interested in helping me as a customer. They make teh customer got through hoops even to post a review - perhaps to discourage them from posting?

Great products. Their ohSnap pop socket grip is amazing for everything and is really flexible and versatile. The MCON is a game changer for playing on the go or with friends. Groups of friends hanging out in a living room just playing together on phones. Never had a problem with them, overall amazing!

I’m very happy with my Snap Grip from Oh Snap! I love the variety in color options. I have the snap grip and stand in the pink. The grip is such a great thing to have while scrolling and reading emails. I love that you can turn it into a quick stand when needed especially when watching movies. The stand is the best while FaceTiming and or preparing a recipe from online. Best phone accessories I have purchased. I am looking forward to buy additional colors and accessories!!

Poor quality. Do not buy. I got the magsafe phone grip stand. First one I bought broke after 2 days. The outer ring fell off from the rest of it. Their customer service was nice. That's the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. They sent a replacement, but it took 10 days for the replacement to arrive. The replacement worked ok for a few months. It held my iPhone in a vertical position nicely. The magnets were just ok. It would fall off sometimes while I held my phone. Made me nervous that it wouldn't hold my phone if I tried to take a pic with my hand over the side of a balcony. Also, it didn't work when I tried to charge on my mag charger. I had to take off the ohsnap so my phone would charge. Now the 2nd one broke. The middle piece no longer stays closed. Sheesh. I'm done. Gonna get something that works.

I ordered oh snap stand. Had a small issue cosmetic. Oh snap were great they replaced considering they could have just washed their hands off like most companies. As it's not available In the UK I had to order from a different country. And normally support is offered for products you purchase within your country. So for me oh snap have been great and and because of the service I received and found the product one of the best out there I would buy from oh snap again.

The case is ok. I wish it covered the camera for more protection. I also ordered a snap grip. I’ve used it for one week and the grip won’t snap back in place so it lays flat. Very disappointed.

Not only I have never received the order, customer support is non existent. I have been trying to reach out to them for about 10 days now. After multiple emails, ai chats, and tickets, the issue has yet to be resolved.

Horrible company to deal with. Placed an order over a week ago and it still hasn't shipped. Tried to cancel the order and they refused and still haven't shipped the order.

Their products are good, but they have a reputation for long shipping times. If you place an order with them, expect to wait months to receive it.

Ghosted by customer service. Over priced poor quality product lasted less than two weeks.

Junk. Broke after 2 days. No return option

Ordered 5-2-26 and it was supposed to ship in a week. On 5-12-26 still no update. I emailed them and they tell me it's in back order. You should have told me that without me reaching out first It's 5-20-26 and still nothing. Very disappointing.

This is the worst company I've ever seen. I ordered an item and even after 7 days it says it's still in "shipping label created". I went to the website to try and contact them but the only options available are to put in a trouble ticket or to chat with an Ai chat bot. Some people have been saying that the products come straight from China, so that means the company itself doesn't keep any product in country despite the company claiming to be in New Jersey.

I ordered two of their pop sockets and even at 25% off they are VERY expensive. On top of that they charge shipping which apparently comes on a slow boat from China. I still haven’t received them and got an update that it takes 10+ days to receive.
I will follow up with a review on the actual product.

Excellent customer service and very responsive, but must say I don’t think the magnet is very strong when used with a case (which is how most people use their phones). I found that the magnet frequently fell off, making it difficult to use. Think it works great if you’re not using a case.

I purchased a product from them that did not meet my expectations or advertised abilities directly (claims about the product) or indirectly (suggested accessories that would only work with the product if it had specific functionality). I was curious how there were so many positive reviews, so I wrote a one star review of their product to advise others. I came back a week later to notice not only did my one star review not publish but it had received no bad reviews. I began checking daily and noticed 5 star reviews published the same day in most cases but never any 1 star reviews. I was checking daily and saw a couple of 3 and 4 star reviews show up. The 3 star reviews were being published 2-3 weeks later. My 1 star review still hadn’t posted so I wrote another (so about 1-2 weeks after the first review). I wrote to customer support and advised them of what appeared to be dishonest practices and gave them the timelines I saw. They blamed it on me writing multiple reviews so close together, that were over a week apart and 5 star reviews published the next or same day. I was already past a refund window and did not have the packaging so I could not proceed with a refund request but still need the review posted to let others know of my opinion of the product. I came back to the site almost a full month later now and not only is my review not posted but no 1 or 2 star reviews exist.

I ordered the Snap 5 and the wallet. It took about three weeks to arrive to Alberta, Canada. I love the snap 5 (I can actually charge my phone without removing it! Cool!), but the wallet was too heavy for my liking, so I initiated a return on their website. Unfortunately, I then received an error message that told me to contact their support team. It took a couple of emails (and about a week) but I did get an answer - They refunded the wallet ($83 CDN!) and told me that I could keep it! Very awesome. I was concerned with how much it would cost me to send back to the US, so this was a VERY nice surprise. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I purchased one of Ohsnap's products due to seeing several advertisements and the company seeming/looking legit. Yes, they make real items and do deliver them...however, they are terrible quality and it's one of those companies that accept no accountability for issues with their products. They have a seller on Mercari that sells them at a discount come to find out, but it's disguised as a normal person named "Vincent." Very strange and shady!

They have a "customer service e-mail," but they don't use it, it's there just for a facade to provide reassurance that if customers have issues, they'll fix them for you. This is not the case, unfortunately. They will not respond to email, Facebook and Facebook Messenger and purposely do this to avoid accountability.

They have an F rating with the BBB, 1 star rating from TrustPilot and a 1 star rating from pissedconsumer, all for terrible merchandise and the nonexistent lying customer service that won't answer or help! They need to be held accountable!!!

At this point, I don't even want a refund or anything, I just want them to honor their warranty/guarantee that they promise all over the internet! A simple replacement to try again. Too many companies do this these days and glad the BBB and Trust Pilot are here to try to help!
