DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. First of all, the product is not made in the USA. The product is made in China and distributed through a shell company in the USA. Second, I had a bad reaction to the product and their "30 day return/refund policy" is only for unopened, unused products. AND, if you do return the product, you have to pay for the shipping back to CHINA. And finally, if that's not enough reason not to buy the product, take a look at the list of ingredients, which includes KEROSENE!

I have to say I'm impressed. I noticed small changes from using the all-in-one patches. Will defo purchase again.
The minor issue is, delivery. It is a bit slow.

I bought a set of 3 types, and none of them works.
very misleading description of how they should work.
They do not stick properly, even at first use, do not mention, they will last up to 15 uses, as they said.
Would not recommend to buy at all, it is a rip off and very disappointing experience.

I was so excited to try the patches. I’m sitting here so utterly disappointed. I have to continually keep pushing them back on. They do NOT stick. I followed the instructions to the letter. I’m just gonna go get Botox and be done with suck waste of money gimmicks!

Update:
The company answered my compliant and provided some additional guidance on how to care for the strips. After applying their recommendations, the product still did not work for me. The company did however provide a 50% refund which I think is fair given: (1) It was worth a try to see if there was a low cost alternative to Botox and fillers and (2) it could just be that my skin type is incompatible with the strips.

I purchased the strips and they came in about a week. I was so excited. However, after only 3 days two of the eye/smile strips stopped sticking after following the instructions meticulously. The forehead strip is also pretty loose. I contacted customer service and they have yet to respond. I paid $60 for the strips that are supposed to last 15 days. What’s waste!
I will post an update if the Company reaches out with a resolution.

A temporary fix is good though, botox is way better! These are so expensive for what they are (silicon patches have been used for decades for surgical scars) and supposedly reusable... hmmm, not so much.

The patches stick about 3 - 4 times. I followed the instructions: I cleaned and dry them, and I washed my face before applying them.

I do believe in these types of products. However, the promise of 15 uses is very misleading. After proper care, my face strips Did not last past the 2nd use. The neck strip was heavy, constricting, and suffocating to wear let alone sleep in. The chest one was fine. To me, not worth the money.

I ordered this product, but then read more about the company and all their product is made in CHINA! I asked for a refund and they said that since it was in transit to me they could not. Whatever! Don't be fooled, this company is based out of Wyoming but the product is made in CHINA! Read the ingredients, I'm not putting this on my face! Save your money and invest in some good facial products made right here in the USA.

The Oia patches do work ...you can see results even after first use. I’ve already ordered a second time. I can see a problem, trying to reuse them 15 times. There’s no way certain ones will make it, like the forehead and under-eye ones. They stick tight about half of that. But for what results they’ve given, I think very much worth it! Highly recommend if you can afford it.

Love the skin patches! I’m surprised at the results every time I take them off. The fact that they can be re-used is a bonus. These are definitely a part of my regular skin care routine now!

Be careful when ordering from this company. I purchased 3 products including The Rejuvenating Eye Patch. I opened and used the eye patches and received a chemical burn. When I emailed customer service for a return, they offered me a 30% refund to keep the product. After many emails to get refunded on the 2 other products that I have not opened yet, they are still refusing. The customer service through their support website is a joke. I am now emailing oiaskincare.team to see if they are any more competent at customer service.

I LOVE Oia skin products!!! I will not go without them. They have a lifelong customer in me. They are AMAZING!!! Thank you all, for all you do to bring us AMAZING products!!! :)

Spent $125.00 on all these products believing what they advertise....Used only 3 times before the patches no longer adhered to my fresh clean skin. I cleaned after each use as specified leaving to air dry properly etc. There is no way you will get up to 15 uses out of these. The company did not seem surprised at all with my situation so this must not forecasts surprise to them. Waste of money!!!!

I bought some products from Oiaskin and, after trying them, I am very satisfied with the results on my skin.
I recommend the Oiaskin products to anyone that cares about her or his skin

I was going to order this product but not anymore.

I ordered the full pack, they sent me a message that orders would take an additional 2 weeks before shipment and to email if I wanted to cancel, I did the same day. They sent me an email that they do not refund or cancel.

I tried their products and there was no noticeable change , they sent me an email offering me a 30 per cent refund quite a while ago now , I have sent numerous emails to say I would accept the refund but I have heard nothing back and still don’t have my refund , very very disappointed in this company, and would not recommend them to anyone, in fact I’m considering going to consumer protection, it really upsets me that people can’t be honest

I thought I would give the Oia facial patches a try & review specifically the facelift patches for the forehead, eyes, smile & neck. I was eager to try these Oia patches which were advertised on Instagram. I forked out $82.55AUD for 6 patches. Quite pricey compared to other companies selling the exact anti-aging patches. I kick myself now for not purchasing Wrinklesminckles at half the price, who also have a good reputation for products & service.Oia clearly states if the patches are looked after properly & cleaned they could last up to 15 applications.Not the case.My neck patch started to fall apart after one use & I have photos to prove it. It's pretty disappointing to not only have the patches not stick properly after the first use, but as a first time customer having your emails ignored by their customer sales department. Oia advertise that they as a company are there to help, they even state in their product leaflet insert that customers can share their experiences & to contact them via their email if we as customers have any concerns at all.
Their leaflet also states "We're always here to help & provide you with a wonderful experience!"Really??? Why can't an email with my concerns be addressed head on, which was sent on the 19/10/20..5 days ago. Oia clearly do not take customer concerns seriously because emails/photo evidence has not been dealt with. I followed Oia instruction leaflet to a T, & applied the patches on clean skin. By morning the adhesive on the neck patch had also started to peel away along the edges.I expected issues would arise with the patches after several days use, maybe even at the 5th day or 8th day leading up to day 15...but not after day 1's application. The eye patches also had white discolouration spots.After my first use I immediately contacted the company via email with my concerns. Their website states they respond within 24-48hrs during Mon-Frid. I have been waiting 5 business days. I have contacted them 4 times with photos to show them my concerns & also reached out to them on social media. As expected no response.It's a pity my concerns were not addressed because I have more than 10 family members/friends who were hoping to buy this product.Pretty silly to ignore customers because overall they as a company will be missing out on multiple sales down the track & long term customers.Poor business ethics. I will definately advise as many friends/family & beyond my experience, plus show them photograph evidence.Photos don't lie. I really had high hopes for this company, & to think they also requested a tip at the check out to assist them, which I also paid in good faith.Poor form I say.

I will wait & see if Oiaskin follows through with their email promises & once again try the replacement patches that were offered to me. Please be aware that I was only offered a 30% refund for the faulty patches if I didn't want a replacement).I will once again review the 2nd batch of patches.Hopefully they will keep their word & follow through with the delivery.Let's see what will happen.Im happy to give them a 2nd chance. Received an email yesterday 26/10/20 from another Oiaskin employee Ms.E...she is claiming she can't find any photos I emailed to Oiaskin...with a how can we help scenario being played. Amazing how multiple emails have lost their photo attachments.

I have checked my email is working with friends & as a precaution had also sent the original emails with attachments from two email accounts & also via PayPals dispute resolution website too.So who am I suppose to believe now?Ms.M claiming a replacement pack is on its way? Or believe Ms.E?

As previously advised on 25/10/20 CSO "M" from Oiaskin advised me that she has received authority to replace my faulty patches. Either there is some sort of miscommunication happening amongst the staff at Oiaskin? Or they are trying to reneg on their replacement promise?

Email yesterday (26/10/20) to CSO "M" has so far gone unanswered. I ask, is this what you want to experience as a 1st time buyer? 😕

Slick marketing, controlled *positive* reviews and no active claim of this Trust Pilot account leave me wondering what more is being hidden from view?

These medical grade silicone skin patches sound like a great natural alternative to the abrasive, harsh and chemical~based anti~aging products dominating the market. However, you likely won’t hear much about those people with sensitive skin, like me, who react adversely, develop skin irritation rashes and come out looking *lobster* burnt instead of youthful and refreshed.

The result, after not even 15 minutes of using these over~priced, short~lived patches was absolutely awful for me. I look dreadful, especially under the eyes where the patches were on the longest, like I fell asleep high noon in the wind blown Sahara without sunscreen on. After an hour, my skin has yet to calm down....may be awhile yet of me looking sizzled. I basically just tossed $90 into the closest garbage.

Word to the sensitives: do a skin patch test somewhere discreet before applying. Package warns to discontinue use if irritation develops yet how often does this happen to people? Likely more often than the company will willingly reveal, which is why I’m writing this review.

Please be careful with this product if you have sensitive skin. I feel it should not be marketed to such skin types at all, there should be more public warnings. My faith in this company’s integrity is zero as a result of lack of transparency. It actually says on the Oia Skin website that this product is *side effect free*, which is NOT my own direct experience.
