In the heart of Bath sits our gorgeous Georgian-fronted townhouse store, complete with the honey-coloured stone typical of the city. Right in the centre of things, on the bustling Milsom high street, it’s surrounded by popular interiors, fashion and gift shops, as well as independent cafes, and is a short walk from the pleasure gardens and historic homes of famed authors, architects and thinkers such as Jane Austen and Beau Nash. Previously home to Parkhouse and Co. Oriental Goods Depot, purveyors of “fancy goods”, our building was carefully chosen to showcase our seasonal looks , curated by our talented visual team to help you imagine what our pieces might look like in your home.

Quality items and great customer service
I've been shopping at Oka for many years and never been disappointed. They have quality items that stand the test of time. Timeless pieces that never seem to date.
We feel it's cool and contemporary.
You get what you pay for, high quality beautiful items you are proud of.
It goes without saying the staff are great and they provide fantastic customer service.

A Northern Ireland customer
As a resident of Northern Ireland, unfortunately we don’t not have any local OKA stores to visit in person. We have previously purchased furniture from OKA and it’s still looking great after over 20 years. We were interested in the Coleridge armchair but needed to check the colour before purchasing. As it was not possible to obtain fabric samples, we were put in touch with Natasha at the Bath store and she has been very helpful. She responded promptly to all our queries and sent photos of the armchairs to help us decide. Also helped with choosing co-ordinating accessories. Hope to visit the store sometime in the future!

Needed some sofas so popped into Oka…
Needed some sofas so popped into Oka Bath and was greeted by a lovely lady called Lynda. I wasn’t sure about colours and fabrics but Lynda couldn’t have been more helpful (she even sent me images on her day off). She always had smile on her face and let me take my time understanding that it is a big decision to make. I eventually bought 2 armchairs and 2 sofas and thanks to Lydna I can’t wait for delivery. I believe her surname was Brennan….

Lovely Linda and Ellie made the…
Lovely Linda and Ellie made the experience - a real credit to Oka and actually I bought more because of the service I received. The cushions are perfect and really tie the scheme together.
I really miss the Oka catalogue still and think you have a lost quite a few sales because it’s not so easy to browse on line as it was and get inspiration from.

Delivery
Settee arrived but the delivery men said
they didn’t have the authority to unpack it and take away packaging.
I immediately phoned OKA and spoke to Grace who said it had been an oversight on their part and apologised She got in touch with the delivery company and they got the drivers to return which they did within about 15minutes and unpacked the settee..
All a bit stressful as
I have to say that I had visions of looking at a huge cardboard box for days rather than my lovely new leather settee.!
Please make sure the correct instructions are sent to the delivery company in future

Recently had a lovely 4 poster bed…
Recently had a lovely 4 poster bed delivered, I had a few issues with the delivery date for this bed but Natasha and Alex were very helpful in making sure a new date was sorted out for me and checked to see if i was happy with the bed after it had been delivered and built.
The bed is very solid and a unique design.

Great Store
The Bath Oka store is one of my favourites it is a lovely airy store. What makes this store is the staff, they are so helpful and so knowledgeable. Especially Natasha store manager .
