I would like to share my appreciation for one of your sales consultants - Samanta, who provided us with excellent service during our visit. She was extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our experience.
We were looking for specific candle holders, and she went above and beyond by contacting two other branches to locate them for us. She took the initiative to organize everything, which made the process smooth and stress-free.

May was extremely helpful when deciding which table lamps and cushions would match my lounge. Very professional and had an eye for colour matching would have no hesitation in recommending her to family and friends. I love OKA very classy stylish and well made products

First time visiting this store, Impressed with the quality and unique designs. Bought a really unusual lamp base and shade which although pricey I don't doubt it will be a talking point by visitors. Will definitely be back. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

The right help is everything.
I am doing up my house at the moment and came across the OKA website to buy furniture and I love everything you have, everything is so pretty and beautiful, I wouldn't be great online myself and find banking details etc a bit difficult but I was blessed to come across a lovely girl called Jess who went above and beyond to help me get all the lovely things for my new bedrooms, kitchen and dining room, she made the payment side so easy for me and followed up all I purchased by ringing or email to make sure I was happy, this girl is a great acid to any company and I can honestly tell you if it weren't for her I would have gone to a shop myself because I normally find the online abit difficult.

Hawkley Extendable Dining Table & Chairs
The staff at Redbrick Mills were great every step of the way as I deliberated over the purchase of the Hawkley Large Extendable Dining Table and Chairs.
A big thank you to Jess and Afeefah for all their patience, taking photos and measurements of the component parts of the extendable table leaves in response to my online queries and in between my visits to the store where they again couldn't do enough to help.
We got there in the end and I am now absolutely delighted with my purchase 🥰

Absolutely outstanding service from Samantha in your OKA Redbrick store. I telephoned enquiring about a dining table in the sale asking to see it the following weekend. She informed me the sale ended the next day and offered to do a video call so that we could see the table 'up close'. She was so helpful and proactive. We bought the table which was all thanks to her!!

Loved everything
Loved everything, style and quality. May Wan was excellent very friendly and knowledgeable. We returned the following week to collect our purchases, everything was ready, wrapped and the the process very smooth and efficient.

Excellent customer service throughout. Great quality products.
The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Initially a female member of staff (sorry I don’t know her name) at the Guildford store tracked down it was the Redbrick Mill store who could help me with my purchase. And then Jess at Redbrick was so kind and helpful in completing my purchase of the two lampshades I knew I’d love once they arrived at my home.
