Hello there,

Thanks for your comment. We’ve checked your account and can confirm that you made a $28 purchase during this period, which gave you 85 credits. These credits were used on regular chat (no media or gifts), and the current rate is 2 credits per minute. As of now, most of the credits have been used, and only a small remaining balance is left.

Sometimes the balance doesn't update immediately after a purchase if credits are spent right away, which can create confusion—part of the credits may already be deducted before the new balance is checked.

We didn’t receive any recent support requests from you regarding this issue, although you successfully contacted us by email back in April. If emails aren’t going through for some reason, we highly recommend reaching out via Live Chat, where our team can assist you in real time.

On a computer: Click the Help button at the bottom right corner of the screen and choose "Live Chat".
