The first two boxes I received were great but the ones after this were not particularly good. The supposed value of products is massively exaggerated and the full sized products you receive are extremely poor quality. I don’t mind getting sample size items however even then they are products I could pick up the full size items from Superdrug for less than the subscription cost. I also subscribe to a competitor box and the items I receive with them are more in line with what I would have expected from this box.

Irrelevant to many, but Channel Islands customers cannot enjoy beauty boxes from OK due to a £10 postage supplement on every order. Particularly painful when postage costs are identical to mainland addresses.

They don’t even refund the VAT (an illegal practice) to compensate for this.

It’s a shame it’s like this, but thankfully we have alternatives such as LookFantastic, GlossyBox and Beauty Pie, who all offer free P&P and remove VAT.

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience using the OK! Beauty Box. Every item included is high-quality and perfectly curated for me. I gave this service five stars because it truly exceeded expectations. The selection of products is both luxurious and incredibly diverse. I am completely satisfied with the value provided in every delivery. It has been such a delight to discover new brands each month. Everything arrived in perfect condition and beautifully packaged. I’ve already recommended this subscription to all of my friends. It is honestly the best beauty box I have ever subscribed to. I cannot wait to see what amazing treats come in next month!

I didn't receive my ok box this month

I am furious that I haven't been able to see what is in the box this month before it is too late and my payment has been taken.
I have had confirmation of payment and yet you are displaying last month's box, I have paid for something that you are not allowing me to see. This is not acceptable, extremely poor service

I don't normally leave reviews, you would not regret buy these. I absolutely love reciving my monthly subscription box they are good quality items which are affordable. Life is tuff with the cost of living increasing month by month. I started buying these subscription boxes as I needed a new mascara. The costs of getting a new mascara from the local shops costs around £10 upwards, made more sense to buy the subscription box as it contained a mascara with anothee 4 good quality products. It's win win in my book, I would recommend these boxes to anyone. I love love love these. Thank you so much

This is the second of these boxes that I have brought. It worked out cheaper to buy one box with 7 items in than the individual item.Great value.

Get so excited to see what’s sent each week. I like the size of the products as they are easy to carry in your handbag.
Enjoy using different name brands which I would never have thought of.😊
