Product was delivered after almost a week when I was expecting next day delivery. On eventual arrival, parts were missing and so I was unable to use the product. Emails to customer service asking for replacement parts have been ignored. I'm returning the product and deleting my account.

They packed an emmc card, which could easily been sent in an envelope, on a large package full of plastic wrap. Really? Do you live with your head buried underground?

Easy process with no hickups. Item was here in specified time line of 48 hrs and well packaged. For the board i am struggling with gpio pins as it work a bit different to raspberry pi. Luckilly there is google and chatgpt to assist with that. But otherwise i am happy. Easy to get it to work with armbian. Just follow the documentation on raxda and okdo and you will be fine.

I ordered the Rock Pi 4C+ set. The unit arrived in a good state nice box, but one heatsinks was missing for the second LPDDR RAM chip. After booting up the device it asked me many questions about the keyboard layout I wished to use. I accidentally chose the Devorak layout even though I use “QWERTY”. So, when I log in all the keys are mixed up and it takes me a while to log in. After I log in though I changed the setting in Debian back to the QWERTY layout. But the Devorak layout is still present before I log in and I suspect the only way of fixing this is by entering the startup menu and changing the settings from there but I don’t know how to enter the BIOS I reported the issue on Radaxa forums but there was no response I also contacted Radaxa by e-mail, also no response. There is no information about the product on the internet, so this was my only way of fixing the problem. There was also a problem with the metal case for the product supplied in the set: the metal casing blocks most (almost all) of the internet that is received by the antenna. Therefore, I have extremely slow internet and my browser does not work. I hope OKdo can fix these problems.

Order was placed on 26th of Feb and paid for, with next day delivery. Emailed support 4th March as it still had not been received. Was told on the 6th there was an issue with the order stuck in processing and it would be resolved that day, it was not. Emailed again on the 8th no response. As of the 13th still stuck in 'processing'. Absolute sham I need that board to complete work for a client and feel totally led on. Now my projects timescales will have to change and I have lost money because I cannot move onto the next piece of work I have. Update I have now received the item.

Rock 4c+ will not run home assistant ~ Docker fails to run!

I came to you for an alternative to the RPi 4B (which suppliers say will not be available until Oct/2023... You sent me Rock 4C Plus 2x pieces and both are working fine - no problem writing the SDHC running Debian...

Always supply items quickly that you would normally wait months from overseas.

Bought some items which got lost during postal strike. I contacted them, they looked into things and items got reposted. All within a very short time frame!

It's my first time buying from Okdo. Hence I was a bit up and down about delivery and quality. However, I am amazed at their efforts. Firstly, the delivery came on time as expected. The packaging was fabulous. Fully sealed with extra protective materials on the inside.

Secondly I bought the Rock 4C+ Starter Kit. Since its my first time buying an SBC, I am highly glad with its performance! Installed Armbian OS on it and works like a charm.

Thirdly, the kit included everything that I needed to get started. The quality of the cables, SD card and the case was also great! I would definitely recommend Okdo and am looking forward to my next purchase with them.

Trusted site package came on time would order again

Ordered OKdo Raspberry Pi 4 4GB Model B Starter Kit, paid upfront

I live outside the UK, so I was going to use one of the logistics companies for onward delivery to my country.

The following day sales person contacted me and informed that they can't process my order because it's against company policy to ship items to logistic companies for onward delivery (that was never mentioned anywhere throughout the ordering process) and that they requested a full refund for my order, which should be transferred to my account within 5 working days.

Week passed, my order still shows as active ("processing" status), no refund transferred

rock 5b is not ready for release yet as has power supply issues and just keeps rebooting.was not informed o would need a custom supply that is not on sale in UK

Have just recieved an email from Okdo requesting return of my rock 4b and referring to me as Alan ,which is not my name.Is this a sign of future problems?
