Great products arrived quite fast and they are exactly like pictured...

I got the deal from a different website and no email was sent to me telling me I need a membership, I got email confirming my order but not email with information about membership. All of the sudden a £29.90 was taken from my account as an automatic membership fee. I tried to contact them for a refund but they refused. I got caught off guard, they haven’t informed me about membership subscription, as it wasn’t showing on my direct debit nor standing orders page, so they just took money. They refuse to issue a refund. They tricked me as a customer and stole my money.

do not buy their reduced offer. they hide their subscription of £29.95. they only give you 2 days to cancel this subscription. a scam!!

UPDATE... this was the only way I have been able to get this subscription cancelled the link on the website doesn't work due to technical issues and emails had gone ignored over 48h before I left review here making a complaint the company then cancelled order but are now question if this review is legit..
It was only after a little after purchase research I realised I had signed up to a subscription the I needed to cancel.
when making the initial visit the website there are some lovely deals and the items look nice but it is really really unclear that all purchases lead to a subscription at £29.99 a month .. all well and good if this is what you're after but it isn't if you're purchasing a one off gift or a treat for yourself .
If in big letters on the website it explained this was a subscription service I would have Searched on another site this is why I give one star this is like false advertising.

My three-piece bag is great!
Since the arrival I have used every day, my other bags haven't got a look in.
Bright and cheerful.
I am the only woman in my City sporting the bags; which are clearly different.
