I have now fallen victim to Olapen.com’s scam. I’m out over $200, and despite months of waiting, I have received no product and no response from their so-called support team. Emails go unanswered, calls are ignored, and it’s clear they have no intention of delivering what was promised.

This company is nothing more than a fraudulent operation designed to take your money and disappear. They prey on people’s trust, and once they’ve charged you, you’ll never hear from them again.

I will be reporting Olapen.com to every consumer protection agency, fraud reporting site, and review platform until I either get my refund or they are shut down. No one else should have to go through this nightmare.

shipment changed from 5 day delivery as highlighted during checkout, to 25 days. requested return and refund. waited a weeks for a response, they wouldn't pay for the return delivery. Really poor customer service.
