OWC ornaments make life sparkle
I enjoy viewing emails showcasing your beautiful and fun ornaments. Seeing all four sides is helpful in deciding what the entire ornament looks like. You always have new designs to see. I'm not crazy about the commercialized product ornament themes and would like to see more traditional designs.

Assorted Problems with OWC products, shipping & service
I was reading your '3 star and under' reviews hoping that others are noticing issues that I've had. I see customers are having big problems with your choice of USPS for standard shipping. By now I hope you are looking at UPS for more reliable delivery. (As most companies use nowadays). I also see that I'm not alone in being upset by unfriendly & condescending customer service. (Very frustrating)! Your prices have shot up dramatically & your new ornaments are shrinking in size. (Quite shocking cost saving measures that impact the quality experience for your customers). You WERE a great company! This is just so sad to see, especially when I want to root for you guys and the great products you once made. Please consider how all these things impact all of us, your customers.

I did want to note that your recent order shipped across the country and was delivered in less than a week through USPS, which is exceptional timing, especially since standard shipping on your order was provided at no cost. While we continually review shipping options, UPS rates would nearly double our freight costs. Because our ornaments come in many different sizes and require careful packaging, we work hard to keep both product prices and shipping costs reasonable for our customers.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding ornament sizing and pricing. Rising material, labor, and freight costs have affected many manufacturers, and we do our best to keep our ornaments aligned with their value while maintaining the craftsmanship people expect from us.

Thanks for your message. I do want to clarify something important: we only manufacture hand-blown glass ornaments and none of our ornaments are made from plastic.
If you remove the metal cap from the top of the ornament, you will be able to clearly see that the ornament itself is glass. Every piece we sell is individually hand-blown by artisans using traditional glass-blowing techniques.
You can also visit our website to watch the glass-blowing process and see exactly how these ornaments are made from molten glass. It shows the craftsmanship that goes into each ornament.
