Customer service is very responsive to questions. I love my all season boat neck sweater. It is true to size and feels cozy. I've worn it from chilly mornings through warmer afternoons very comfortably. The material is very nice, great quality, and not itchy. It is also light weight yet keeps me warm and comfortable and moves easily. It never feels restrictive or stiff. I love the color I ordered - undyed.

Sweaters are truly really well made. My favorite for where I live(Texas) is the all season cardigan. I love the color of the summer cardigan( it matches about anything) but I still like the feel of the all season more. The winter 1/4 zip will be wonderful when we travel to cold parts of the world. I would like pockets in it( patch or side) in the winter sweater. I would love the full zip winter in an XXS with pockets(my coat in Texas)

I love my sweater!
The outside package was a little beat up (as if a car ran over it). However, the product inside arrived in pristine condition, fits perfectly as described and feels delicious on my skin. I’ll be leaving on a 7-day trip to Italy soon with my Oliver Charles sweater taking the center stage of my capsule wardrobe.

I just unpacked my new Oliver Charles Marled Crew. I wasn't sure what "emerald blue" would look like other than the pictures looked turquoise. It is more like a soft green, which will probably go with more clothes than turquoise. The gray cuffs and neck are a nice contrast.

I was also afraid it would be too tight on my generous hips, but size XL is just right. I'm wearing it right now as the weather is having trouble deciding if it's winter or spring. It should be perfect for my trip to Greenland and Iceland this summer.

I purchased 2 yak wool sweaters - a V neck and a cable knit. Both are comfortable and fit well. They are warm without being too bulky. But they are not "buttery soft" as I was led to believe from the web page. And I wouldn't compare them to the softness of cashmere. Those claims seem to be overstated, but all in all I am happy with the puchases.

Loving the merino/yak hoodie! It's lightweight but very warm and soft, washed up easily and dried quickly.
Also the socks are terrific - nice stretch and easy to put on and wear. Cushiony.

First, the Summer Weight sweater is lovely.

The only feedback I give is to make sure the lines/silhouette is straight.

So the “band” at the bottom should removed so the sweater falls straight.

There are no button on this version of the sweater, so the cut should be straight down.

If the sweater was straight down lines, I would definitely get it in all the available colors.

I received two pairs of socks. The cuffs are too tight , a problem of many unisex socks. Women's legs are different than those of men . Sad but true.
I really hope my dress which will arrive on Monday is perfect.

Sweater is beautiful! Was supposed to be seamless but I ordered the turtleneck and the funnel is seamed at the neck. Understand that it may not be possible to make a turtleneck in one piece, but maybe add in a soft liner right on that seam at the neck? Itchy!! Otherwise great!

Arrived faster than expected. I wore this sweater for 5 days straight! Soooo soft and comfy! Did not have to wear anything under it either.

Had some difficulty navigating through their UI. Mistakenly ordered twice (2 sweaters X 2). Unable to correct the error.
Received the sweaters about a week between the two orders even though placed the same day.
Well made and super soft. BUT, the XL Size reminded me of an offshore fitting; too tight in the arms and chest. I’m hesitant to order the same sweaters in an XXL size just because of the UI difficulties.
And, I’m not sure I want to go through the hassle of attempting to return these 4 sweaters (again my frustration with the UI). These are pricey but look and feel worth the $$ outlay.
So, I’m planning on gifting them to friends that fit the sizing profile (they should be pleased with the light weight and quality).
And, I’m not sure about a reorder for myself in the larger XXL size.

The responses I get from Oliver Charles people are ALWAYS kind and patient too. I’m building a more sustainable wardrobe, and the soft sweaters and T’s perfectly become flexible items I can wear in the ever changing weather in Columbia SC! Plus, their light weight makes them great for travel whether I’m following a youth baseball team across the state or flying to Texas to a high school tennis match!

I love the sweater. I bought it to be slightly oversized, and it's very comfortable. And warm! I like the construction of it, and the shoulder shaping. Good color, too. Money well spent.

My much anticipated package containing my Oliver Charles All-Season oversized Crew arrived last Thursday and I have had this lovely sweater on every day since. It is soft and warm for the blustery Chicago winter days. It looks good dressed up or down and fits perfectly. I love it!!!

I just received my first 2 orders from Oliver Charles. Delivery was quick and seamless. I love my sock bundle and sweater. Fabric is soft and well-constructed. Loving everything so far!

I have been wearing natural fibers for many many years. I like these shirts because of their quality… expect they will hold their shape. They won’t stretch out at least I’m assuming that. I can feel the quality of the cotton extensor then my other cotton, long sleeve shirt shirts.

Lovely product - really beautiful.

Softness claim not true. Alpaca is softer and more comfortable.

I like the socks except that they are very tight at the top, leaving a big indentation when they come off.
