No stars if possible. Ages to arrive (1 month after the event they were hoped for)poor quality and if you decide to return things you might as well give up. Purport to be London based but actually China. Have to pay for returns and apparently customs duties to send back then just sit in customs doing nothing. Fundamentally a scam and shocking company to deal with. Avoid.

What a scam. Poor quality badly made badly fitting dresses all made in China out of shabby material and the only way to return is to post back to China at your own expense! Don't get taken in by this company

The easy 30 day returns stated on the website is a complete and utter lie!!! I ordered x3 dresses (worth £150) for a wedding and needed to return all 3 as they did not fit (the quality of all 3 dresses were also not worth the price tag!). It has taken me 21 emails back and forth with them to finally get the any form of return information - they constantly offer you money off your next order, which is pointless when I do not need any of the 3 dresses ordered. Once I finally got the information, the return is to a random warehouse in what looks like China AND you have to pay for the postage yourself (which was over £30). I confirmed to customer support that I have sent the parcel back and they have refused to process the refund without proof of delivery… regardless whether they receive the parcel or not. It has been over a month and I am yet to receive confirmation of my return or a refund.

How this company is still allowed to run is shocking!
I ordered a dress 3 months ago, it looked nothing like the website described it.
Then after a lot of going back and forth with emails were they were offering g me to keep the dress and order something else with discount!
I am still left frustrated and had no refund but had to cover costs to send it to china!
The company advertised it was in London.

It's a scam, dresses not same as present on the website. Really cheap and shipped from China. Issues with return, expensive cost to ship back to China. Avoid!

Thieves and cheats. Garbage quality that doesn't match the fraudulent marketing photos. They then refuse to supply returns info and to date I have not received a refund. Scum cheats. AVOID

CRIMINALS! This is a blatant scam. The description about the company is a lie and the name utterly misleading. This website should be shut down by law. It is trading under a lie. There is no returns policy despite it clearly stating there is. I bought a garment for my wife which could not be more different than advertised. It’s hideous. They have stopped replying to my emails. DISGRACEFUL!

Would give a 0 review if it was possible to do so! STAY AWAY from this company! A total false advertising website! Items made and sent from china.. not London! Items are made cheap and they are charging lots of money for the items!
Quality is shocking, refund process is a nightmare.. return postage costs are more than the actual items on sale!

What a terrible company and definitely a scam . Advertised as London but clothes arrived from China . Ordered two dresses , neither of which looked anything like the pictures on line . Terrible fabric and sizing was way out . I would attempt to return but refuse to cover the cost !! These companies should not be allowed to advertise . Please be warned and not tempted by how the clothes look on line!!

The company is based in China, not London. The clothes that arrived looked nothing like the beautiful clothes displayed on the website, and are completely unwearable. The fit is completely different. The materials are completely different. The styles are completely different. The website detailed having easy returns processes, however, this could not be further from the truth. Just requesting a return resulted several back and forths with the customer service team trying to negotiate a 10-20% refund whilst keeping the items. I have no use for the items I received so pushed for a return and full refund that has cost me £40 to return. It has been held at Chinese customs for nearly 2 months now. My tracking information says the recipient will be contacted if needed, but they insist they've heard nothing.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. All products are cheap china made, you are not able to return this and you will need to pay all tax, custom, shipping to China to do so. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

This company is a joke. I received a dress today, waited over 2 weeks to come, however website states that they are based in London. Dress is awful, nothing like advertised on their website, cost me over £60 but is worth less than £2. Contacted customer service, they wouldn't issue a refund, trying lots of tactics like store credit, 10% refund and keep an item, that is absolutely useless to me now. I kept demanding refund, then they send me refund form and said I have to send it somewhere in China on my cost. I'm going to get my bank involved to get my money back as this company is one big FRAUD! PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING OF THEIR WEBSITE!

Nothing but a scam. Ordering the product was straightforward, and I paid around £50 for a dress that looked perfect in the advertised pictures. However, when I received it, the product was nothing like what was shown. It was an absolute scam. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered what seemed a really lovely 2 piece for a wedding..
I waited 2 weeks to eventually receive my order which came in an envelope size package..
Quality was soo soo bad..complete see through cheap fabric..sizing was so way off the mark...so disappointed with this company...requested a refund and they want pictures send to see if they can warrant a refund, they told me I have to pay for shipping back to China, this is advertised as based in London.. absolute shit show....do not order for this place...

Please stay away from this company! I have purchased two dresses from them two months ago and when I received them they were very different from the image shown on the website. I tried to get a refund and as today 30.07.2026, I haven’t received my money back. They asked me to send the dresses back to China despite they are based in London! They have the worst customer service as it is impossible to speak with them. I have sent the dresses back one month ago, I have paid £86.00 postage and still nothing back from them. Please think twice before you buy from them!

I ordered a dress from Olivia Rose expecting a product from what appeared to be a London-based fashion brand. Their website prominently presents the company as “Founded in London” and gives the impression of a UK retailer.
Unfortunately, the dress I received was far below the quality shown and described on the website. When I contacted customer service, I was offered only a 20% refund and told that I would need to return the item to China at my own expense — something that was not made clear at the time of purchase.

The website also advertises “Free Shipping”, yet my order included an additional £2.99 “Shipping Protection” charge, which I found confusing and misleading.

The overall experience has been extremely disappointing. Customers should be made fully aware of where a company is actually operating from, where returns must be sent, and what costs they may face before placing an order.
I would not recommend buying from this company unless you are comfortable with the possibility of expensive overseas returns and a product that may not match the advertising.

Do not buy from here.
Rubbish quality from a scam website from China. Offered me 10 % off then 20% off to keep it or 50% off something else.
Return is to China.
I have raised a dispute with my bank and will go to trading standards. My bank has advised me not to return it as I will be wasting more money.
Can't believe I fell for it. I've wasted £49.95 of my hard earned cash... what a mug.
