TOTAL SCAM. Looks legitimate but totally fraudulent. Would give it 0 stars if possible. Even shows shipping information that never materializes.

This company has the worst customer service from any company I have ever dealt with. The company sent the two pairs of shoes I ordered through the wrong carrier, after I explicitly requested a specific shipping company and the representative confirmed the shipping request would be honored. I purchased two pairs of shoes and only one pair was delivered, which is why I requested a specific shipping company. After speaking with a representative and a manager, they advised that there was nothing they could do and I would need to reach out to the shipping company, it was out of their hands. I’ve attempted to contact Olukai numerous times since but they do not answer the phone or emails.

I purchased Oluki sandals a week ago and have yet to receive them. There is no one to reach out to in customer service. Everything is automated and says we will call you back. That was eight hours ago. I would cancel the order but there’s no one to reach out to again. My next step is just to call my bank and file a complaint against this company. They have great commercials telling you how good their product is, but the customer service ranks down there with the lowest of companies.

A great response to warranty claim. Six months ago while in Hawaii I purchased a pair of Olukai sandals. I recently noticed they had begin to show some stress cracks. I submitted a claim via email and a day later received a response. I was asked to submit some details of the claim and some photos. The very next day I received a response from Olukai stating they were authorizing a new pair of sandals or if I preferred a different syle as long as the cost was the same. I chose a different sandal which cost more than the original - and stated I would pay the difference. The next day I received a message from Olukai saying the sandals would be sent out - and that I would receive a one time courtesy for the cost difference. Wow! Their quick response and going beyond what they had to do was / is amazing.

It’s been months and product has not arrived. They say it’s been delivered but it never did, I have door cameras.
Repeatedly ask for assistance but only get computer generated email responses.
Definitely feel like I have been scammed by this company

Tired of getting olikao emails, marketing CRAP!!!
You keep sending me things, I just bought a pair of sandals, that’s it.
And you make it difficult to unsubscribe. How un-aloha, un-Hawaii is that. Yea I folks are assholes, and stupid also. Go AWAY!!!

Best experience with customer service I have ever had. Amanda went above and beyond to help me. I have never before dealt with a company that stands so loyally behind their brand and makes customer satisfaction their main priority. So rare these days. They followed their guarantee promise to the letter and replaced the slippers in the easiest no fuss way. I will always be a customer. Thanks again Amanda and Olukai

Just off the phone to Levina at Olukai. I purchased a pair of sandals for my wife for Christmas at the end of November. On December 4th my wife went into the hospital for what was to be a fairly simple surgery. While there her lungs collapsed, she steadily declined and passed away on January 22. After explaing this to Levina she immediately issued a refund without question. I will not hesitate to deal with Olukai in the future.

I order a pair of men's shoes as a gift for Christmas on Dec 18. I tracked them and saw they were not shipping. After Christmas I called but there is no person to talk with, only to request a call back. They called me back and said something happened and they would quick ship and new pair on Dec 29 that would arrive Jan 2. Today is Jan 2 and they have not yet shipped. I called several times today but no call back! I am giving up.
As a follow up, I did get a call from a manager who sent another pair of shoes. When they did not arrived, my money was returned and the first pair arrived. I contacted the manager to let her know the pair arrived and to recharge me, she comped the shoes as of Jan 6

I have to rescind my complaint to the company OluKai. I had ordered a pair of slippers and they delivered them to the wrong property. Although I had to go through customer service back and forth for several days, they did in fact end up delivering another pair and I didn't think they would. I am very grateful that they came through. I seemed to be getting the run around at first because I really don't think they believed me. Very happy that it all worked out for both of us. Thank you so much OluKai .....they are super comfy!!!!

Not good. They charge a great deal of money for slippers that turned out to be too small and too narrow. I normally take a size 6 EU 37. But they don't go by that system of sizing. I specifically contacted them in Hope's of avoiding this very problem. Now I learned that they have a restocking fee. I have problem feet and need wide toe box room, which the Nohea doesn't provide. I afford to take a chance at $141.54 and size up to a size 8 when it may or may not fit length wise but still be too narrow. So I'm stuck because Giesswein doesn't make the Andau anymore and Birkenstocks only make open back slippers that are only for narrow widths. So I decided to cut my losses instead of compounding them. Olukai doesn't know what it's doing. Business, don't you just love it? Correction I can't afford to take another chance at $141.54.

Very disappointed. I ordered shoes for my husband and they said they would be here before Christmas. 8 days after my order they still had not shipped. I contacted the company and they told me me it had be lost in transit and they would expedite and pair but they were out of his size and I tried to call but their phone says phone service is unavailable so I'm am unable to order a new pair and now I just want a refund but I can't get ahold of anyone.

Ordered online. Immediately realized I ordered the wrong size. Tried to utilize their supposed 24/7 chat, email, and phone. No response till the next day telling me they’re shipping the wrong sized product. Once they get your credit card they don’t care at all. Great sandals, horrible customer service. Their leadership team is not doing a good job.

Bought a pair of Mio Li shoes. Do not look as good as on pictures, kind of retirement home look. Horrible quality for that price or, actually, any price. The fabric of the upper started tearing after just a couple of months. Elements of the undersole started peeling off shortly after.

I have previously ordered the Pehuea shoe twice before receiving my most recent order. I am extremely disappointed to report that they have increased the price but lowered the quality. The back of the Pehuea shoe used to be a soft leather fabric that made it easy to slip in and out of, as well, it was finished nicely with a good quality fabric. Now the back is a cheaper canvas finish that does not fold down nicely, and the white finish on the sides of the black shoe makes it look cheap. I feel that the new fabric they are using is also less quality and does not look as nice. If I had known that they have changed the materials and look of the shoe I would not have ordered a 3rd pair. I am extremely disappointed.

My initial pair of shoes from OluKai had some light mould/stains on them which are hard to see but not great for a new pair of shoes. I complained to support and within a couple of days I received a brand new pair and was told to keep the old pair. Great support, thank you!

Bought 2 pairs of shoes. 1 fit OK, the other fit badly. Received an e/m from Olukai asking if everything went well and did I have any questions. Responded twice in the positive but they have not got back to me. Been 3 weeks now. Poor customer service.

Purchased a pair of Tiare Strappy sandals. Within a month, the straps were fraying. Used three times. Second month, I wore them a bit more often (at least twice a week). The leather started to peel off (the way fake leather on office chairs do). Five months later, they look like I've worn them for 5 years instead. "Leather" is peeling off everywhere. I have a pair of $20 sandals that have lasted longer.
