Always well packaged upon arrival and a large array of fragrances to chose from.Fast shipping too. I am happy with every purchase up to now. They have great communication if there is any problems , which is getting rarer these days

They're selling products that are out of date / have gone rancid
Furthermore the product I received doesn't even have a batch code, as such no traceability which is against the law
Have contacted the company and they are extremely difficult to deal with to the point that they're not even replying my emails

My order has arrived with no problem, but when I needed to make a return, the customer service was just not there.
Royal Mail has attempted to deliver my return, but apparently no one was there to receive it. I contacted them asking them to arrange a redelivery or collect the package from the PO, but it was just not happening.
I had to file a claim through PayPal to get my refund, which made me frustrated and angry, thus the 2 stars.

Parcel arrived really quickly and I received a refund for the item that I assume was not in stock. However, when my parcel arrived there was another item missing. I messaged the company through their website, with no response received, I emailed them and then sent a message through their tik tok and again received no reply. The website states they respond in one working day, as this has not happened, I am forced to give 1 star for their customer service.

I placed a large order in Jan and it was very delayed in arriving. Shipping aside they provided a partial order as 2 items were missing. I have written to them twice and not had any acknowledgement in weeks and still nothing. I even tried to call the number on their website and it doesn't even work?! I'm pretty reasonable and wouldn't have any complaints if the customer service actually existed and were happy to work with me to resolve this. Meanwhile I would advise everyone to order at own caution as it seems to be pot luck delivery!

I’ve used a few times now and been really happy. Orders are processed quickly and the fragrances are really excellent. Have recommended to friends and they’ve ordered too!

This company is ridiculous I have messaged 6 times now I left a previous review and they found back to me saying to take the review down they will send my package the next day and would send a free perfume out and to change my review since then I have e mailed and nothing . Looks like they are a scam taking peoples hard earned money and not providing the goods . Going to report this to SHOP app

The parcel arrived damaged/dented even though it had a Fragile label on it.

Whoever is in charge of responding to emails has no communication etiquette: emails don't have any professional structure to them.

Just want to say thank you ,Olvio! Thank you for your professionalism and prompt response. Royal Mail has lost my order, with 2 perfumes and Olvio resend both items (which I finally got today). Cannot say how happy I am, I love both Nafais Shark and Vanilla Aura. Olvio, you are everything a customer deserves and needs!

Ordered on Friday, delivery arrived Monday. Fantastic! And the very best price for the specific perfume I could find, too. Very happy! My wife loves the scent, and is over the moon. Will be ordering much more in the future! Thank you. 😄
