I've ordered Urolithin A from them, and received a fake product. The capsules contained a white powder like talcum, without any taste. Urolithin A is an cream to brown colored powder with an typical taste. Definitely a scam. Do not order products from this manufacturer.

After multiple times trying to see where my package is, there is no replay. Definitely scam, taking money and not sending anything. Also EU SHOP app is facilitating this scam.

They advertise fast shipping within Europe, but my order took 9 days to arrive. I contacted support to either cancel the order or receive return instructions, but they ignored my question about returning the products. I followed up with two more emails, which have now gone unanswered for over 10 days.

Due to the lack of response, I initiated a chargeback through my credit card provider and submitted all email correspondence as proof.

It is not a scam, but it is a very slow and inefficient company with low service standards. It takes at least 8-10 business days before you receive your products. That's too long time, in my case. So have that in mind before you buy something from this website. They returned my money, so again this is a real company, not just scam/fraud.

I ordered from This website half of january. I ordered 2 packages. The first one arrived 5 days after ordering and the other one arrived 2 weeks later. I Sent a e-mail and the response was within a day. They told me immediatly that it takes up to 8 work days before sending. It took a little bit longer but for me it was now worries. Overal i was happy with the items, box was not damaged and items are packaged Well. Im happy i recommend.
