Ich konnte jahrelang nicht lächeln, da ich keine schönen Zähne hatte. Letztes Jahr stieß ich auf die Klinik Omer Istanbul und fand sie sehr ansprechend. Deshalb schrieb ich sie an und informierte mich zunächst über den Ablauf. Im November 2024 ließ ich meine Zähne dort bei Dr. Kadir behandeln. Er war sehr sympathisch, und auch die Zahnarzthelferin (deren Namen ich leider nicht weiß) war sehr aufmerksam. Ich bekam sechs Wurzelkanalbehandlungen, ein Zahn wurde gezogen, und alle Zähne wurden abgeschliffen und überkront. Meine Dolmetscherin Sema stand mir jederzeit bei Fragen zur Seite. Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl. Am Anfang war ich etwas nervös und ängstlich, aber wer geht schon gerne zum Zahnarzt? Am Ende wurden meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Ich konnte endlich wieder lachen, ohne Bedenken, obwohl es am Anfang sehr ungewohnt war. Ich hatte zwar noch drei Wochen Schmerzen, was ganz normal war, aber sie verflogen plötzlich, und alles war super. Danke dem Team Omer Istanbul für die tolle Arbeit!

Andreea my translator was amazing very kind and helpful once I arrived at the clinic.She make me feel comfortable with her patience, she was always with me and she was make sure I understood everything. She translated, made appointments, arranged for transportation…and also she come with me to the Pharmacy!

My experience at Omer Istanbul Dental Center was incredibly fabulous. My medical consultants Aya and Shirley made me comfortable. Shirley was with me all through my dental appointment. She gave me so many reassuring words and what to expect before and after the procedure. Dr. Omer came to check on the final dental procedure and I must commend his humility. Dr. Emer who did my dental procedure all through was very patient and understood my needs. I recommend Omer Istanbul Dental Center to anyone who wants great service and fulfilling satisfaction for his/her Dental Procedure.

14 months have gone by since I had my implants done at Omer İstanbul Dental Clinic and I am so happy with their work that I would recommend this clinic without any hesitation. I came to OMER Clinic on Monday, and today, Friday, my veneer installation is fully completed. Everything was very well-organized and smooth. The clinic has truly thought of everything to ensure patient comfort, starting with the transfer to the hotel located just across the street from the clinic, which was incredibly convenient and saved me from any extra hassle.

I also want to mention how important it was for me to be able to communicate in my native language. This immediately gave me a sense of confidence and ease. Consultants Aiperi and Oksana were always by my side, assisting at every step, answering all my questions, and creating a calm, friendly atmosphere. Their support made a big difference, especially being in a foreign country.

And, of course, I want to thank Dr. Ozlem. She is not only an excellent specialist but also a true professional working at the highest level. The entire procedure was done with great precision and care. She is truly the best doctor I have ever met. Communicating with her was easy and pleasant, which definitely added to my confidence throughout the process.

I’m very happy I chose this clinic, and I can confidently recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality service and attentive care.

Ставила в этой клинике импланты и коронки.На связи всегда была Елена, никаких проблем с трансфером и отелем не было.Все вопросы оговаривались и были услышаны.Отдельное спасибо моему врачу Мехмету(Меhmet Karabulut ) который сделал всё,чтобы я улыбалась! Ни одну просьбу не проигнорировал, с большим опытом.Реально старался и уделял много времени ,кропотливо и скрупулёзно .Я ему благодарна.Так же благодарю переводчицу Айпери,которая очень воспитанная , интеллигентная и внимательная, её вежливость была очень
кстати, в любое время суток всегда на связи.Так же переводчица Ачелия, очень позитивная девушка, поднимала настроение) В целом персонал идёт навстречу клиентам, стараются.

Ich möchte mich bei Omer Istanbul Dental Center Türkei bedanken und erzähle euch heute meine Geschichte. Warum ich mich für neue Zahne entschieden habe. Ich habe 4 Kinder auf die Welt gebracht und jedes Kind hat mich eine Zahn gekostet so das ich bei jedem Schwangerschaft ein Zahn gezogen bekommen habe. Habe dann vier Brücken in Mund gehabt, nach 12 Jahren wurden alle Zähne die unter der Brücken waren sind leider gezogen worden. Und habe mich für Omer Dental entschieden Der Artz, war sehr emphatisch und rücksichtsvoll. Man merkt, er weiß genau was er tut. Großes Kompliment an die liebe Sema Sie war meine persönliche Ansprechpartnerin. Sie ist sehr herzlich und freundlich man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben bei Ihr. Wir wurden in einem schönen 4 Sterne Hotel untergebracht, inkl. tollem Frühstück. Der Transfer lief auch reibungslos . Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Ergebnisse und herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team. Ich empfehle euch von Herzen diese tolle Klinik

Ich kann wirklich jedem diese Klinik empfehlen. Ich wurde sehr gut und ganz lieb betreut von Sema. Sie war immer sehr lieb und hat sich wundervoll um alles gekümmert. Bei Fragen war sie immer erreichbar und hat wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Meine Zahnärztin Dr. Seher war jederzeit sehr vorsichtig und so konnte ich die ganze Behandlung schmerzfrei überstehen. Alles ist sehr sauber und super steril. Vor allem neuwertig. Sehr nettes Team allgemein. Ich bin super zufrieden endlich mein neues lächeln begrüßen zu dürfen. Bei mir war es ein längerer Prozess, deshalb um so glücklicher das ich es alles geschafft habe ❤️😊🥰
