I had an amazing time at Dr Omer clinic, I came for my implants and then my crown. The procedure went smooth. I really liked their hospitality, and how smooth they made it for me. I really recommend anyone to come and get their teeth done. 😊😊

From my very first call to the end of my treatment, everything at Ömer Dental Clinic was absolutely amazing.
In my first consultation, I was given one treatment plan, but after my second evaluation at the clinic, my doctor carefully reviewed everything and decided to change the plan — and it turned out to be even better and more affordable than the first one!
The communication with my doctor and my translator, Shirley, was excellent — both were professional, kind, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process.
It truly was a 10-star experience! I am extremely happy with my results and would 100% recommend Ömer Dental Clinic Istanbul to anyone looking for high-quality dental care.

Bună, Ma numesc Petrica si am ajuns într-un final la Omer instanbul clinic .
Experienta a fost foarte satisfăcătoare datorita in primului rand Doamnei Cristina pentru referire către doctori, si Doamne Andreea pentru ajutorul sau de a ma prelua , ajuta , traduce si pentru ca m-a liniștit explicandu'mi procedurile pas cu pas( chiar dacă cazul meu a fost puțin mai complicat decât ne asteptam).
Sunt foarte mulțumit sincer si va recomand cu mare încredere sa apelați la această clinică!!

Am venit cu Sotu la clinica OMER ISTAMBUL si am ramas foarte multumiti si de doctor si de Andreea care a tradus pentru noi va multumim foarte mult si va recomand cu toata increderea ❤️🙏🥰

Tratamentul a fost foarte eficient,grija medicilor in ceea ce priveste problemele mele cu alergiile, rapiditatea si modul cald de primire
Un avantaj foarte mare este ca hotelul este peste drum de clinica fiind foarte usor de ajuns la clinica si inapoi la hotel

Ich war von am 28.10.2025 in Omer Istanbul Klinik da zwischen Zahnstumpf und Krone ein minimaler Spalt war.Das Omer Team machte eine Begutachtung und behebte die Angelegenheit sofort auf Kulanz ohne jegliche Diskusion oder sonst irgendwas.Die Klinik verfolgt das Prinzip „der Kunde ist König“und erst wenn der Kunde zufrieden ist,sind wir es bei Omer Dental auch.
Herzlichen Dank für die schnelle Behebung,bei euch fühlt man sich richtig wohl.

A fost o experiență minunată . Am întâmpinat mici probleme pe drum dar nimic ce nu s-a putut rezolva . Acum am un zâmbet de milioane ! Avem a mulțumi traducătoarelor Andreea și Melike, atât doctorei Melike și asistentei Nazlî.

I had my dental implants placed in January and completed my treatment in August. I dare say that my experience exceeded my expectations. I am truly grateful for the excellent work of Dr. Omer Baz and his assistant Esra. I would also like to thank my medical consultant and translator Toncho for his kind support and warm attitude throughout the whole process.

Prima dată am venit acum doi ani… mereu au fost drăguți și profesioniști… nu am întâmpinat nici o problemă cu limba…deși mă pot descurca în câteva limbi… am fost însoțită de personal de la intrare și până la sfârșitul vizitei, înțelegându-se-mă în limba mea. Astăzi Andreea a fost însoțitoarea mea,disponibilă promptă la orice întrebare, mereu prezentă și atentă la detalii și cerințe! Recomand! Nota 10 pentru profesionalism!

Bună ziua ma numesc Stoica Cornel am fost la klinica Omer Istanbul nu va recomand clinica aceasta nu sunt serioși având 7 importanturi cu 450 de euro mi-au socotit 10.000 € iar hotel au promis ca plătesc ei însă am plătit tot eu plus transport de la aeroport la hotel 🤢🤢🤢

Nach meinem Termin war ich zunächst wirklich begeistert: Der Empfang, die Aufnahme und die ganze organisatorische Abwicklung in der Praxis verliefen ausgesprochen freundlich und professionell. Ich fühlte mich als Patientin ernst genommen und willkommen.

Meine eigentliche Zahnbehandlung begann ebenfalls angenehm – bis zum Moment der Kronenplatzierung.

Obwohl ich meiner Dolmetscherin extra sagte, sie solle der Zahnärztin mitteilen, dass der Zahnstumpf vor dem Einsetzen gründlich gereinigt werden muss (in der Türkei gibt es ja keine spezielle Dentilversiegelung wie in Deutschland oder der Schweiz), wurde dieser Schritt leider völlig übergangen.

Statt der erwarteten Reinigung hat die Zahnärztin nach Entfernung des Provisoriums direkt die Krone zementiert – ohne den Zahnstumpf zu säubern, ohne ihn trockenzulegen, ohne vorher die Anpassung zu kontrollieren.

Mir wurden einfach zwei Wattepads in den Mund gelegt und schon war die neue Krone fest. Ich war ehrlich entsetzt und habe diesen Ablauf umgehend auf dem Behandlungsblatt vermerkt.
Aus fachlicher Sicht sollte der Zahnstumpf vor der Kronenplatzierung unbedingt gereinigt werden. Dadurch werden Speisereste, Befestigungsmaterial, Bakterien oder andere Rückstände entfernt, die infektiöse Komplikationen oder eine schlechte Haftung verursachen könnten. Das Reinigen und Trocknen ist ein wichtiger Schritt, um Entzündungen unter der Krone vorzubeugen und die Haltbarkeit sicherzustellen – bei mir wurde dies leider nicht gemacht.

Mein TIPP: für andere Patienten: Unbedingt vorab nach der Hygiene bei der Kronenplatzierung fragen und auf eine professionelle Durchführung dieses Schritts bestehen.
