the layers nice but wish it had more volume on top

This is my second order from this company and the first time I got everything I wanted. The second time I did rush the company and so a few thing were missing but the wig and hair are top tier in my book , 6 months later I still have both however the first because of too much product has gotten tangled but after a good wash it is back to being soft and beautiful as the day I first got it . The second wig I love it love it love it , the only thing that was missing was the silicone patch on the back and the largo hairline , but I really didn't need either one . I have tired different companies And find myself going right back to this company.

THESE MOTHAFUCKAS ARE SUCH LIARS, THIEVES, AND A SCAM. PEOPLE STOP BUYING HAIR FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE HANDLERS FOR THIS COMPANY PARADING ON YOUTUBE WITH THE NAME, AND WHEN YOU PURCHASE THE PRODUCT, IT IS FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. IM SERIOUSLY PISSED. I NEED MY MONEY BACK YOU SCAMMER.

I ORDERED 12 INCHES OF YAKI HAIR, AND WHEN I RECEIVED MY DELIVERY, IT WAS STRAIGHT AND SILKY, BAD DISAPPOINTMENT. I WENT ONLINE TRYING TO FIND THIS PLACE, AND IT DID NOT EXIST; GO FIGURE!!!! CHECK MY BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT; THE MERCHANT WAS SOMETHING CALLED TOUPEE, AND THE IDIOT THAT TOOK MY MONEY WAS FROM MANCHESTER. I GUESS BRITAIN
IT DOESN'T MATTER WHERE THE PRODUCT COMES FROM. Could you be AUTHENTIC with your customer?

I like the texture of the hair. It’s amazing. However it’s too big. I can't wear. They should have asked for my head size that way it fits.

Not exactly like the picture. The hair is thin and short.

This would be my first time ordering from this company, and I was excited because of the new drawstring wig.
I didn't wear the wig immediately after receiving it, because I was off of work due to a shoulder surgery, so I was waiting to wear it on my first day back to work.
I wore it right under three weeks and noticed that the top of the wig was bald!!!
I have alopecia, so I tape and glue my wigs to my scalp and because of that, I didn't take my wig on and off to see that it was bald.
I had to be strategic and use makeup and hair dye spray to cover it up, until I could afford to by a new wig, (from a different company of course).
Needless to say, no response from the company when I tried to send a complaint.
$230 down the drain!

I always buy from omgherhair but this time what I received is NOT what I ordered. I have bought the same wig here three times and they were all good. But the wig I received recently was completely different. The length and density were all different. Customer service told me they changed the standards. It is unacceptable. I had to return the product and find a new supplier.

The hair is so soft and beautiful!! The color is amazing! This is very nice and it looks great pulled back! I’m so in love with this wig!

This wig has a good appearance. But, it also has a bad odor. The bad unacceptable odor caused me to return it.

I thought I found my permanent wig supplier however after the 2nd order the quality went down hill. It's like they only make the effort to provide great service when they know you're a new customer.

Super delayed - i had to chase to find out what was happening to the status of my order and only when I chase do they send me feedback or all of sudden the tracking information is available.

Overall i am gutted as I hoped i no longer had to hunt around for another retailer that provides good wigs but unfortunately i will be starting the hunt again due to extremely delayed shipping and extremely big wigs.

I've been waiting for them to send me my wig that I ordered in June. I got a email saying it would take 7-10 days to make and it's now day 13. I sent an email last week with some complaints about the previous wigs I've ordered from them and made some inquiries about this order and that was when they told me it'll be shipped out at a later date, so this wig is taking 17 days to make not 7 to 10. I was not given a reason either, which I found disrespectful. You've taken my money, so if it won't be ready on the date you said it would, you should give a reason and without me having to ask. This is the last wig I'm ever ordering from them anyway because too many issues with their wigs and I don't get my money's worth. Their wigs will start shedding crazily after a month or so that I would have to sweep and wipe the washroom floor and counter because of hair everywhere and I never use heat or any styles involving manipulation; all I do is put them into a bun at the back but still the hair everywhere is always crazy. Their lace rips for no reason and to the point where I can no longer wear the wigs because I wouldn't be able to part them due to the large rips on the lace that make it impossible to part; sometimes I try to cover the rips/tears but it's usually impossible and it's ridiculous that this is happening anyway on almost $500 wigs. The wigs were excessively large on my head; it's like they made it XXL, they just wouldn't fit that I had to use pins on the sides that gave me headache but even with that they would still slide back, smdh). The lace is visible; people can tell I'm wearing a wig. Before they rip, you can absolutely tell I've a wig on. Again, these wigs are expensive for this. If Sensationnel can make wigs with undetectible lace and for $40, what's your excuse for selling almost $500 wigs with visible lace? Their wigs have little pieces of hair on the top that can stick out. The wigs tangle at the back that I've to use a detangling spray before wearing. After one co-wash, the wig will also look different. I read on IG or something because they use Silicon to coat them when they send them or something. Anyway, I've sense now and won't be wasting my money buying their wigs. This is the 5th wig I'll buy from them, so you know I've had different experiences with these wigs but the bottom line is they're all crappy and a waste of money. If I don't get my wig this wig I'll be asking for my money back. If I get it, I'll be back on here to share my experience with it. I'm sure it'll be horrible like my previous wigs from them.

Excited but nervous to buy a wig especially on the web. I can't say enough about how great it is to read other buyer reviews as it helped in my decision. I love the hair I purchased from OMGHERHAIR. The size is perfect for my head. The hair feels soft and smooth. I've had it on since I received it and it is so comfortable that I forget I have it on. I only wished it could be delivered more quickly. It takes a long time to process but that is a minor issue as the good quality. I'm sure I'll be buying another one.

I love this wig is looks and feels so natural! I can just put it on and it looks like it could be my own natural head of hair! at first i thought it was going to be thin because it just felt so fine and soft. i was surprised at how great and natural it looked. my husband couldn't believe it was a wig!

Excellent quality wig arrived quickly and in a box.

I waited over a month for the hair to arrive. I had to chase the company. They then told me that they had messed up with my wig and the quality want not up to standard so would require extra time to replace. Then I get a email a few days later telling me that the wig colour is different to what was expected and that I would get a 10 dollar refund. The wig arrived today and its awful. Nothing like the original pictures. The frontal is very thin and it's just complete trash.
