Do NOT fall for this scam. It is near impossible to unsubscribe from the OMIHOMESTORE monthly subscription charge. It is also unclear excactly what the monthly charge is for. The claim is for discounted pricing but don't understand for what.
Wish government oversight would stop this sort of fraudulent practices.

Fantastic Customer Service Rep., Emma, promptly answered my emails in a friendly and helpful manner. I absolutely have no issues with this company.

Ordered a product from this company, couldn't get to work ,yet alone how it was advertised. Spent 33.00 to send back to the address i was provided. 6 months later it showed up at my mailbox refused by seller. 145.00 lesson learned to this scam company. Beware to buy from overseas.

Truly impressed with Emma’s ability to solve a customer problem. I personally had self ability issues when it came to installing my purchase. I wrote a letter explaining my situation and was pleasantly surprised with an extremely fast response. I was treated extremely well in a very short timeline. Very happy with Emma’s response to satisfy my needs. Truly grateful and appreciative for all Emma and the company she’s working for customer service. Above and beyond the normal run around from email companies! Definitely recommend!👍👍

Although the product was not was not what I thought I was looking for, Emma made the return process pleasant. She was polite & friendly and got everything resolved for me.

Scam. bought Fire stick but the remote control would not work with stick so couldn't set it up. Spent the money to return the item for a refund as requested by their email after sending photos of goods and tv screen- all as requested to prove my complaint. Now after 5.5 months the parcel has come back to me from China undeliverable. so wasted another $20 on top of original purchase price.

This is a despicable, dishonest and untrustworthy company. I am still fighting for $500 from last year stolen from me in a couple of hours even though I cancelled the order immediately. I am a pensioner and live on $80 per week after all costs and as a result of omi-home theft have nothing in my bank. Do not ever deal with them.

SCAM SCAM - "Emma" is an bot, not a person. I bought 4 flix stick to get streaming TV without costs of subscriptions, yeah I am blonde. The device is a firestick and can't give me streaming without the costs. Emma told me that if I wanted a refund I need to send the devices to their returns warehouse in another country and I am responsible for the costs, etc. They offered a 40% refund and I can keep the sticks. For what? I can't use them. I did use PayPal and opened a dispute so hopefully can get a full refund.

Join the club I pressed no thanks but it automatically signed me up when I contacted the company it took a lot of emails back and fourth while they still took money from my account until I was contacted by Emma who was very helpful and sorted this out so thank you Emma

First off, for all those that wrote reviews speaking highly about "Emma", "Emma" is an AI bot and so you're dealing with a machine giving you some stock lines. I foolishly bought four Flix Sticks hoping to get streaming TV without the high costs of subscriptions. Well, the device is nothing more than a repackaged version of Android TV and has no ability to do as promised. I reached out to their customer support and kept getting responses from "Emma" who politely told me that if I wanted a refund I'd have to send the devices to their returns warehouse in another country and the cost of shipping would be expensive, the time to get to them would be long and they would not be responsible if the items got damaged in transit. They instead offered to give me a 40% refund and let me keep the junk devices. Now, I was smart enough to use PayPal for the transaction and I've started a dispute with PayPal and hopefully I'll be getting a full refund. These guys are a bunch of scammers and their only goal is to rip you off and try and get your personal information. BUYER BEWARE and STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. Also, buried in the fine print they tell you that by buying you're getting enrolled into a membership and will be charged $49.95 monthly until cancelled. I've been trying to cancel that part but "Emma" has been less than cooperative on hat aspect.

Sale did not work out but was immediately refunded my monies per pay pal.

I had a positive experience working with omnhome. Emma always responded with information regarding my problem. The only problem I had was I wanted to return the product but the location was far more expensive than the products were in the beginning. But they (Emma) and her team help resolve the issue.

Emma was Great, she helped me cancel my membership.
