We'd been looking at getting a solar installation for about 3 years, but the various companies I'd talked with didn't fill us with confidence and all the quotes didn't quite fit our budget.

We wanted to use a local company and OmniOrigin had recently opened up shop in our high street, so we thought we'd try them out. It quickly became clear that Alex had decades of experience as a builder and that Callum had a complete understanding of solar and the electrical side of the operation. They were able to answer all our questions and concerns, and came up with a perfectly tailored solution. And it was all within our budget.

Three weeks after first meeting with them, we've got an installation of solar panels, battery, invertor and gateway. It's all so neatly installed (with a minimum of disruption to us) and is working beyond our expectations.

I have been using the Omniorigin Balcony solar battery system with a 6-battery stack for the past two months, and it has easily been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The system worked faultlessly until this Sunday morning when I encountered my first issue. I was incredibly impressed when Alex got back to me immediately, and the Omniorigin team resolved the problem in less than 10 minutes. That is what I call top-tier customer service! If you are looking for a reliable plug-in solar battery system, choosing them is an absolute no-brainer.

We really appreciated Alex's site visits to talk us through the process and choices. He's very thourough and no pressure selling. We decided on 16 panels and Alex made sure we understood what that would provide. On the job with Alex and Callum everything was on time and went well. We felt reassured using a local business when I had questions Alex responded really quickly. I put the quote through Chat Gtp to check it against other providers and it was a really good price. All paperwork and after service (explaining the app) were given clearly. Recommend without hesitation. They know what they are doing. Trustworthy guys.

I can't speak highly enough of the guys. When I first contacted them Alex spent ages explaining to me what Solar was how it worked and gave me some real confidence in what I was buying. Then when the measuring and installation came I met Callum and again he's a gem, lovely lad who knows his stuff and helped do a great job. They even downgraded the initial quote as they'd overspecced it and explained it all to me. The aftercare has been exceptional always willing to help answer a question and give some guidance

My initial enquiry was answered promptly. Unlike some large companies which submit a quote based on an aerial photo of the roof of your property, I was offered a site visit to assess my needs so that a bespoke package could be put together. This was installed by Omni themselves, so no sub-contract fitters travelling from miles away who had no interest in the job were involved. Everything looks very neat and the system seems to be working well; Omni's local presence in Stonehouse gives reassurance. I am pleased with the work and glad that I had it done.

We chose OmniOrigin after having a few electrical jobs carried out by Callum which we were pleased with. Alex was very thorough in his initial visit, looking at our property and explaining the different options available to us. He was always happy to answer further questions and make sure we got the option that worked best for us. Installation was quick and we are really pleased with how the roof looks, but most importantly with how well the system works! The app that it comes with is really intuitive, and for a data geek is a dream! We haven't had to use any electricity from the grid since the panels and batteries were installed. Would recommend, knowledgeable, friendly local company.
