Lukas ist ein toller Lehrer. Er hat mich in einer sehr intensiven Zeit begleitet und war dabei sehr einfühlsam. 🙏🏼

I had a Tantra Shaking method session focused on trauma release, followed by a tantra massage with Lucas. It was a deeply transformative experience. I discovered completely new aspects of myself and gained clear insights into the roots of some of my challenges and how to work through them.

I was so positively impacted that I immediately recommended Lucas to one of my closest friends, who has now decided to book sessions as well.

Also meine Massage bei Lucas: ich habe mich voll gefreut, weil die Gruppenveranstaltungen, bei denen ich war, ganz cool waren. Er hat mir Tanta-Massage angeboten. Was ich dann bekommen habe, war allerdings alles andere. Vom Setting her sehr unklar. Erst hat er mir Sexualbegleitung angeboten, also einfach Sex, den ich abgelehnt habe. Er meinte, er bietet das lieber an, weil ich mich nicht trauen würde zu fragen. Er hat noch mehrmals nachgefragt, ob ich nicht mit ihm küssen oder seinen Schwanz berühren möchte. So als "Consensgespräch". Dann hat er das Öl sehr wild und willkürlich auf mir ausgegossen und irgendwie rundherum gerührt. Alles total lieblos ohne Ritual. Seinen Schwanz hat er in die Massage integriert, wenn auch nicht penetriert. Ich habe ihn gebeten, etwas anderes zu machen. Dann hat er hart in meine Vulva rein gefingert während ich atmen sollte, bis natürlich Energie und Tränen gekommen sind. Im großen und ganzen für mich grober Missbrauch. In der Gruppe war er gut, alleine ein anderer Mensch. Und dafür habe ich 300€ gezahlt.

Lucas and Pia are wonderful workshop leads and facilitators who manage to hold a room of trust and confort for several days. They openly share their knowledge in theorie and especially in practice so that you can observe in a very comfortable way the techniques they teach in Tantra. All in all it was one of the best Tantra workshops I had in my life and I can recommend them 100%. Thanks again for the wonderful experience! ❤️

I worked with Lucas more then once. I had white tantra sessions and TRE-Workshops and I love it.
Lucas has a soft and respectful manner. I always fell save when I work with him. The first times I visited his TRE-workshop I cried so deeply and could let go of old wounds from my childhood. He sees you and your space and how much you can carry for the day, if its ok to de-armour your body or if its already enough. Now I practice on my own back home, but still love to practice with him in a group. I would always recommend to experience yourself with him.

Dank Lucas‘ klugem, einfühlsamem und strukturiertem Begleiten während meiner ersten Trauma Release Session konnte ich mich einem wahrhaft transformierenden Prozess völlig öffnen. Ich spürte, wie sich Blockaden lösten, die tief in mir vergraben waren und die ich vorher auf vielen anderen Wegen nicht erreichen konnte. Endlich! Was für eine Erleichterung! Ich werde das öfter mit Lucas machen.

With Lucas being a wise, empathetic and structured guide through my first trauma release session I was able to completely open myself into a truly transforming process. I was able to feel blockages dissolve which had been buried deep down and to which I could not get in many other ways before. Finally. What a relief. I will do more of this with Lucas

I participated in a tantric massage demonstration and it was truly magic. I got a really good insight in what tantric massage is about and the teachers showed it with amazing love, devotion and naturalness. I felt that the demonstration alone had healing power and I felt deeply moved. I wish that people would approach sexual topics in a similar way in day life and interactions. I gout to know parts of Lucas work on the RisingBrothers-Gatering at Wessobrunn, germany. It was only a short insight with some practise, but it really was amazing! I got some theoratical taste of how tantra looks on the lingam/yoni and what the fundamental direction is. Also i could enjoy a short T.R.E. & dearmoring session. It was a great experiance, actually still working subtile in my life. It really helped me go ahead und solve some behavioral patterns, im dealing with since quite a while! I got the impression that Lucas has a very deep theroatical and practical knowledge and would visit his workshops again whenever i have the opportunity! Ty, Lucas!

I met Lucas in Munich. There, I had the fortune to experience him in many sessions, both in small groups ("Tantra im Wohnzimmer") and in large groups, as well as in one-on-one personal sessions. Many skilled Tantra teachers have guided and enriched me on my journey. Nevertheless, Lucas stands out with both his personality and his competences and skills. He knows how to create a space of trust with participants exceptionally quickly. I love observing this again and again, especially among those participants taking their first steps into the world of Tantra. I can feel how quickly “newcomers” find inner peace and open up. With more experienced participants, Lucas impresses not only with his emotional and communicative competence, but also with his profound knowledge of all disciplines relevant to Tantra, such as psychology, the body, the nervous system, widespread limitations such as trauma, and much more. For example, I have much benefitted from Lucas’ T.R.E. sessions, helping to resolve blockages in my body. Compared to other body-focused emotional release techniques, I find T.R.E. quite fascinating, as it is so smart in rebuilding natural processes. Overall, I much value Lucas’ broad, holistic understanding of Tantra, which supports participants with all kinds of motivations on their path - be it self-discovery, personal development, healing, and much more. I wholeheartedly recommend working with Lucas to a broad range of people – from those just beginning to develop an interest in Tantra as well as to those with extensive Tantra experience!

Lucas introduced me to the world of Tantra with great mindfulness and attention. The TRE sessions are also so liberating and deeply relaxing. His extraordinary ability to create sacred spaces where you feel totally connected to everything is truly special. I'm always surprised by how much my trust in myself and others has grown through his sessions.

Lucas introduced me to the magic of T.R.E. which really helped me to reduce tension and stress in my body. He is able to create very safe spaces to be authentic and vulnerable. I highly recommend his workshops and teachings, if you want to grow and look forward to visit him once in Thailand at his school!

Lucas introduced me into TRE and De-armouring and I couldnt be happier with it. It is such a wonderful technique to release stress, especially for me as a often pretty "mind-based" person. I really loved that Lucas introduced Tantra through biological and physiological facts. That, and because he's a great teacher, allowed me to follow with high interest through his lesson.

Ich habe Lucas und seine Arbeit bei einem Retreat im Allgäu kennenlernen dürfen. Er hat uns dort eine kurze Einführung in das Thema Tantra und Körperarbeit gegeben und wie TRE und Dearmouring dabei helfen in tiefere Gefühlszustände zu kommen und letztlich auch in große Entspannung mit dem eigenen Körper führen. Seine Haltung und seine Wortwahl haben mir sehr geholfen mich voll auf die Erfahrung einzulassen. Ich konnte durch die TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) am eigenen Körper erfahren, wie es sich anfühlt völlig im hier und jetzt und in die Entspannung zu kommen. Eine wichtige Voraussetzung und Grundhaltung um auch in anderen Ebenen von tantrischer Arbeit ins Fühlen und in besondere körperliche Zustände zu kommen. Fazit: Ich habe Lust auf mehr bekommen und hoffe ihn in einem seiner Workshops bald wieder zu treffen und mehr zu lernen und zu erfahren!

Seit letztem Jahr durfte ich auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen mit Lukas arbeiten – und jede Erfahrung war bereichernd und voller Vertrauen. Die erste Begegnung mit Lukas war bei einem seiner Tantra-im-Wohnzimmer-Abende. Schon beim Ankommen war spürbar, dass man sich hier wohlfühlt, dass es ein geschützter Raum ist und jede*r so willkommen ist, wie er oder sie gerade da ist. Mit seiner ruhigen, klaren Präsenz schafft Lukas eine Atmosphäre des Vertrauens, in der man loslassen kann. Seine Anleitung ist feinfühlig, gleichzeitig strukturiert und lebendig. Er versteht es, Menschen dort abzuholen, wo sie gerade stehen – ganz gleich, ob jemand neu ins Thema eintaucht oder schon länger mit Tantra vertraut ist. Seine Workshops gehen in die Tiefe, ohne dabei an Leichtigkeit oder Humor zu verlieren. Dass Lukas dieses Format mit ins Leben gerufen hat und damit einen regelmäßigen Erfahrungsraum für tantrische Praxis geschaffen wurde, ist phantastisch. Ich bin unglaublich froh, ein Teil dieses stetig wachsenden Projekts zu sein, das bereits spürbar positive Impulse in die Welt trägt.

Ein besonderes Erlebnis war für mich das Wochenendseminar zur Yoni-Lingam-Massage. Lukas hat diesen sensiblen Erfahrungsraum mit großem Respekt, Wissen und Feingefühl gehalten. Es war eine intensive, transformierende Reise – körperlich wie emotional. Besonders wertvoll fand ich, wie achtsam mit persönlichen Grenzen umgegangen wurde und wie viel Raum für Reflexion und Integration geschaffen wurde.

Seit letztem Jahr nehme ich Tantra-Facilitator-Trainingsstunden bei Lukas. In diesem Mentorship kombiniert er theoretische Wissensvermittlung mit praxisnaher Anleitung und schafft es, Lernräume zu gestalten, in denen ich mich sicher genug fühle, mich auszuprobieren. Das direkte Feedback von ihm, aber auch der Austausch mit den Mitlernenden, ist dabei unglaublich bereichernd. Besonders schätze ich seine Art, Feedback zu geben: achtsam, konstruktiv, nie wertend – immer so, dass ich mich gesehen fühle und wachsen kann. Seine Fähigkeit, selbst kleinste Details wahrzunehmen und sie mit Wohlwollen zurückzuspiegeln, ist ein Geschenk.

Lukas ist für mich nicht nur ein wunderbarer Lehrer und ein hervorragender Raumhalter, sondern auch ein Freund geworden. Seine Arbeit ist getragen von Herz, Klarheit und Präsenz. Ich finde - mit ihm kann man Tantra nicht nur erleben, sondern wirklich verstehen.

Lucas is an outstanding teacher. After I attended one of his workshops in Pai, I immediately knew that I have met one of the best teachers I met in life. This inspired me to join his Teacher Training on Koh Phangan. His experience and wisdom are both vast and deep. He expertly guides you on how to teach, not only Tantra but also many other disciplines that perfectly combine with Tantra. The feedback he gives you is so deep, detailed, and growth oriented. Everything he does comes from the heart and with passion. I loved to go to his classes.
